Tails gets a little nervous that you might not like him back so he tries to overcompensate as a true friend! He’s so easy to fluster. He laughs at everything you say! Even if it’s not funny sometimes. Tails listens to every detail of your life and closely pays attention. Tails loves you so much to the point he’ll create anything for you!

Knuckles 🪼

The echidna will treat you with the respect he gives any other, overall being a kind person. He wouldn’t know what do to with himself, caught in your flames of love. He thinks of you often, yearning to have you in a hug. He’s so strong,, but not strong enough to deny these feelings. He is bad with hints, and to be honest he’s rather blunt.

“Y/N, here are these flowers I picked for you; and also some grapes! I think you are beautiful/attractive, and I would like to court you on a date!” He’s so serious, it’s very silly but you think it’s endearing and sweet. He’ll try to impress you and make a fool out of himself, eventually winning you over in the end because he’s such a silly cute guy and he makes you laugh.

He pretends like his feelings don’t exist, for as long as he can stand it. Damn, you’re just so cute, doing your own thing and enjoying every moment of it. You’ll try to drag him along somewhere for fun, and he’ll pretend he hates it but he’s loving every minute with you. He doesn’t make eye contact with you and he seems to be blushing a lot. He’ll only start to open up to you in private moments.

Shadow will show you small physical affections, like an awkward hug or simply trying to hold your hand. If you seem even a little bit off he will pull away, fearing you may think of him as a monster. You’ll have to reassure him yourself and make some of your own moves. “You don’t think I’m,,, dangerous?” He’s scared of hurting you, he doesn’t want to lose something he loves,, have it ripped away from him again.

Oh Silver. He’s so awkward and shy! He can conversate for sure but if you show too much interest with your pretty eyes he starts to shut down. Silver practically melts but tells himself he must keep strong. He doesn’t want to look weak to you. He has everything under control! Including his crush on you… Or so he thinks. He yaps about the future and his special interests to you. Silver isn’t a show off kind of guy but if he thinks something will impress you, he’ll try to impress you for sure! Even if it embarrasses himself. Anything to hear you laugh!

scourge 🪼

Scourge always gets what he wants, even if he has to take it. From the moment he set his eyes on you, he wasn’t gonna give up. He had to have you. You would look so good as royalty by his side, sitting atop a throne. He would shower you with gifts, anything even stuff you wouldn’t care for. You may be flattered, but he’s a bad boy. He’s trouble, a straight up red flag that’s erratically waving!! He would make any comment he could about you, often really lewd stuff. Obviously staring at you from beneath those flashy sunglasses. He does have a hidden gentlemanly vibe on the inside, though, when he’s fallen into your trap instead. He’s like a moth to a flame fr.

“Have anything ya want from me, please, just take my heart already! I can’t stand it, someone like you lookin’ so good, you should be mine! Come on, I ain’t as bad as everyone says!” His huge fanged grin says otherwise, but at least he’s trying to be honest about his feelings. You get to be royalty, and he may not seem like it but Scourge is a very loyal partner to you.

Amy is sooo obvious about her crush with you. She’s daydream scenarios and sighing dreamily to herself. You can always feel her eyes on you, and even feel her smile from miles away. Amy reads her tarot cards about you weekly to see when the perfect day to confess is but she gets nervous. What if it ruins the friendship? She can’t stand the thought of not being anything at all! Amy makes you home made gifts as a token of her love. You say you want new earrings? She’s on it! You saw a cute blanket? She’s knitting away! You would have to be blind to not see her crush. Will you accept her feelings?

rouge 🍄

Rouge is hot and cold with you. Is she being nice or is she flirting? Is she being mean or is shy flirting? She’s also very touchy, in a sly innocent way. If you questioned her, she would just shrug innocently. “Ya had something on ya, I was just trying to help.” Rouges love language can be hard to pinpoint. She comes and goes when she pleases but she always makes sure to talk to you. She doesn’t gift you anything because she doesn’t buy anything but she might steal you something. Rouge is playing the long game with you, slowly working her way into your life completely. She just thinks it’s cute watching you get flustered.

Sticks is attached to you in an endearing way, and she likes to talk a lot, so hopefully you can keep up with her. She’s not a prize to be won, you have to earn her respect and show her comfort before trust. She’s been through a lot,, and will be glad to have someone to finally talk to and lean on! She would make you primitive looking gifts, or go hunting to bring you something. She feels like she needs to give you something to represent her feelings.

She is quite flirtatious, and it could be confused with her also just being friendly- because she talks without thinking a lot. She makes compliments on your appearance, offers to show you new things, and tends to be kinda handsy. “You n me get along so good, we might as well become partners!” She would remark, hoping you’ll get her hints.

Blaze is direct. She befriends you and talks to you a lot. She goes out of her to see you then will go see others. You’re like a soft and safe place for her. She’s got a cool exterior and she feels like when she’s with you, it can be dropped. She knows she can be quiet or talkative around you and you’ll gladly just show up for her. Her love language is quality time and sharing things!

First thing about Belle, she’s gonna stand up for you in all situations. She is very reliable, and also super intelligent and interesting. When you sit in his lap, you like to comb your fingers through his little goatee, he loves the scratches you give him. You like to muzzle against him snd hide your face in his neck, he is very comfortable and soft.

His horns are sensitive, and he giggles and has to playfully push you away sometimes because you like to get him excited.

He definitely has a little tail and it wags when he’s happy. He loves praise fr and enjoys any time you tell him good job.

Overall he’s kinda laidback, though, he just enjoys snuggling with you and having a snack and watching a movie. He doesn’t need anything fancy, just peaceful moments with you. Might take you to an arcade, or rock climbing. I can also see him taking edibles sometimes for fun and offering you some too, which may lead to lots of giggles and sloppy kisses,, weird food combinations and passing out on the couch.

Thomas makes sure you’re always doing okay, checking on you often if he’s not there. He has an emotional side to him, if you need to cry he will listen always. At first, the day seemed normal. Perfect, even. Venture was doing their job at the dig site and you were in the mess hall structure, preparing something to eat for the team. Sloan was thinking about you, their partner, all day while they were hard at work, and all the things that you do for them. Sloan brought you along with them for work, and pretty much never left your side. You were everything to them.

When the sun started going down, Venture packed up their equipment and headed back to camp. They were very happy to see you- and the hot meal you made! They sat beside you and you wiped off the dirt on their face while they talked about their day. You ate together and helped with the map they were using to find the artifact. Venture hugged you and helped you clean up everything, then you two retreated to the tent for a nap.

You were woken up by Sloan hours later, shaking you and smiling really big. "Follow me!!" They have their work gear on, and you're all confused because it looks like the middle of the night and you're sleepy. You rest your head back down, and as much as you want to follow them, your body wants you to sleep.

Venture pouts and wiggles your body some more, "Pleease, Estimada! It’s important!” and you roll out of the tent. You pull your large coat over your pajamas, and put your boots on your feet. Your head felt light, following them out of the tent and into the darkness. Sloan lit a lantern, illuminating the way as you trudged through mud and dirt. It was cold, and windy, but you could not deny them if it was as important as they said.

Higher into the mountains you climb, and a narrow bridge you cross before Venture found their destination. It looked like nothing more than a large boulder, but as they knocked away the surface, there was a cave entrance. You looked at the piles of minerals, the dark cave entrance, you were wary.

“I’m not sure-“ you spoke up. “It’ll be fine, I’ve already been down myself! Trust me?” They plead with you, their voice echoing into the entrance. Sloan reached out a hand, beckoning you to trust them.

You are tired, but you love Sloan, you know they wont let you down. If there’s something scary in that cave, you know you’re well protected. “Okay…” you agree, and take their hand. Venture smiled at you, that little chip in their tooth endearing to you. They pull you against them, and the lantern guides the way into the unknown. You can feel the sides pressing against you, and you’re nervous.

Venture calms you down, reassuring you the whole way until you reach a pool beneath the ground. You witness the shining, white stalagmites against the crystal clear water, such a beautiful sight. You could kind of understand why Venture was so excited to show you,, but why did it have to be in the middle of the night? So sleepy and tired…

Venture walks around the pool, the light following them and causing a sparkle on the water. They go on to talk about how they ended up finding this place, and how they felt there was a meaning behind their find. You were their good luck charm, right? They brought you, and things have never been this exciting. They turn around, walking back over and searching for you with their light. After calling your name once without an answer, they set down the lantern and go into action mode.

Sloan has a flashlight, beaming around the cave. They find you quickly, in a shaft area where you’d hoped to sit down. They shined the light right on you, and called your name again as they approached you.

“Don’t wander away like that, you scared me.” They laugh, only two steps away from you. Sloan reached out their hand for yours, intending to pull you out.

“I’m sorry, I was-“ you turned to them,but you would not finish your sentence. The ground beneath you began to crumble, and suddenly you were falling. Everything was black, you had no idea what was happening other than panic. You heard Venture calling your name…

When Venture returned from their excavation, they looked defeated and upset. Their brown puppy-like eyes had been reduced to dark circles and dried up tears. That smile that brightened your world, was a pouting frown. Venture took off their muddy boots at the front door, their limbs dangling at their sides as they solemnly stepped into your view.

"Hello, my sweetheart, how was work today-" You turn around from the food you were finishing up, and your heart breaks when you see their sad face. "Oh no... are you okay? What happened?" You wipe off your hands on a towel and throw it on the counter, stepping up to your partner and taking them into a hug. You could feel their rigidness and unease as they took a few moments to return your hug. It wasn't your physical touch to make them hold back, it was something going on with their self. They still hadn't said anything, just hugging you back and laying their chin on your shoulder, in deep thought.

Sloan began to cry, and held you tightly as if you were their comforting little teddy bear. You settled into their embrace, and you could feel their body shaking and beginning to get sweaty with their weeping. "Baby... do you... do you think I'm ugly?" They pulled away a little to look you in the eyes, and your chest burned with passion as you immediately replied, "No, absolutely not! Why.... Who said that to you, Sloan?" You raised up a hand to hold their cheek, wiping away their tears with your thumb.

Venture could see your face turn angry, not at them, but whoever was responsible for hurting their feelings. Upon thinking about the incident again, they started to bawl their eyes out even harder. That sentence, that voice kept repeating over and over in their head, telling them that they were the ugliest on the team, and other disrespectful terms to target their identity.

"Honey, I think you're amazing the way you are.... Don't let their opinions get to you, they don't matter!! You are here, with me, so you've done something right along the way, and i think you're beautiful and handsome and everything in between."

BoomBoxRocks Headcannons

Venture and Junkrat together are already a very chaotic mix, and Lucio is their tiebreaker. He decides when to go crazy or when it's time to chill out.

Venture and Junkrat love demolition and playing in the dirt. Sloan talks a lot about specific qualities of rocks and things about the land they find interesting. Jamison can't keep up, his brain too slow, so he'll just nod his head and try to pay attention, even if it's going in one ear and out the other.

None of them can hear lol, they're always shouting and the others go, "Huh?? Say that again??" Lucio is always wearing headphones and the amount of concerts have really gotten to him. Lucio has probably accidentally booped himself in the face. I feel like he can amplify outside noises through his headphones as well! Junkrat already has a nonexistent attention span, and the explosions he's taken has probably turned his hearing into soft, ringing noises. Venture's drill is so loud and shaky that they still feel the vibrations even when they're not using it, and they hear the noise even when it's not there.

Lucio is the emotional support boyfriend of the group, and he's honestly the best at giving them advice, even they don't take it. He always speaks from his heart and there to comfort when they need it. Lucio gets bashful when Junkrat and Venture get super physical. He enjoys it, but they are so handsy that cuddles can turn nasty very quickly. That, and they are both covered in soot and dirt.

Venture is the gift giver of the group. They gave Jamison flintstone and steel, knowing his pyromaniac tendencies. For Lucio, they were lucky enough to get their hands on a vintage limestone lithophone! Lucio loves his gift, and uses it to make a heartfelt song about his lovers. Junkrat and Lucio try to get together to gift them something back. "It needs bombs!" Junkrat's onetrack mind speaks for itself. "That would be great, but, uh... it would explode." Lucio reasons. "Exactly!!"

They end up giving Venture a treasure map!! That way, Junkrat could not only include bombs, but Lucio was able to hide a little homemade volcanic rock bracelet along the way :)

The two of you are often hanging out at his hive together, watching shitty movies, eating snacks and just chilling out.

But when you showed up looking really down, Karkat dropped his aggressive attitude and tried to show you some solace. "ARE YOU OKAY? YOU LOOK LIKE SHIT."

Okay, wow. You were used to him being an asshole but today of all days, that hurt more than it should. You came here hoping he'd help you with your insecurities, not make it worse. He saw the way you crumbled under his words, looking like you might cry and he frantically tried to fix it.

"FUCK, I'M SORRY. Y-YOU LOOK FINE, MAN, COME IN." He faltered, actually apologizing for the sake of not wanting to cause you any more harm than what had already been done.

You tried to just relax, and Karkat was being more hospitable than usual, not even bothering to rant about whatever romcom he'd put on. He'd gathered his fluffiest blankets all for you, and made you a nice nest to settle into. He offered you your favorite snacks, told you that you could pick out the movie, and kept trying to make up for his mistake, but his words were still hurting you even though he'd apologized.

You broke down after so long of trying to hold it in, and your emotions were affecting Karkat as well. He's not the best at comforting, but he sat at your side and gave you some shoosh papping and a hug until you were ready to talk about it.

Even though he was fully understanding of your reasoning for why you were feeling so bad, he still had a hard time conversating about it. He'd been feeling all of those same emotions you were, about his blood color and what others thought of him, and even his littly nubby horns you loved so much.

But, he couldn't think of any of your attributes the way you did. Everything you listed that was bothering you about yourself, those were all the things he loved about you.

"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN? NOT JUST WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE, BUT WHO YOU ARE IS PERFECT. IF YOU WERE A WORM, I'D STILL FEEL RED FOR YOU."

In the future, the darkness of Aku has taken over, leaving the world hopeless to his wrath. Only one samurai stood up to him, and you've heard of his tales. He seemed like some kind of legend, as he has lived for hundreds of years and still continues his battle against evil.

Your village had been terrorized by Aku's robotic monstrosities, leaving ashes and crumbled buildings behind. You thought you would die there under the rubble and dust. The sound of wooden sandals approached, and a voice called out, "Hello?"

You moved around, feeling very claustrophobic underneath the wreckage and your broken voice cried out for help. Through the burnt wooden pillars you could see out, and a sword fell to the ground. Suddenly, the debris was moved off of you and you could finally breathe in fresh air. You coughed, trying to stand up but your leg had been twisted up. As you looked up to your savior, you saw that he was the one and only Samurai Jack.

"No, don't move. You are badly injured." He looks at you with a concerned, soft face and with gentle hands he picks you up and moves you out into the open. he was covered in grease and oil, and you saw pieces of machinery laying around. The samurai had beaten Aku's robots and saved what was left of your village!

"Thank you-" You whispered as he carried you, and you began to fall asleep in his arms.

Later, you awoke in a cave, with a makeshift cast on your leg. There was a fire next to you, and the samurai had a wooden spear with some fish on it that he was cooking. He looked over at you and smiled, "Good, you're awake! I, um, made dinner for you!"

His smile was precious, bringing hope to your life. You almost couldn't believe you were sitting here with the legend himself! You were too shy to say anything but thank you when he handed you your food.

Jack didn't mind your silence, and he quite enjoyed the peacefulness of it. He noted that you had a hard time making eye contact with him, and your bashfulness was something really cute to him!

You spent your days healing with him, and he didn't seem to mind the battles he was missing out on, he was more concerned about taking care of you. Each time he lifted you up or helped you out, your face would turn red and you'd become a shy little mess. His kind eyes melted your heart, and his unrelenting desire to assist made you feel special. It was like being in some kind of dream.

When your leg was fully healed, he undressed the bandages and helped you get back to walking. He would hold his arm around your waist while you held onto his shoulder and you two would take a stroll together to build up your strength. The physical touch was only fueling your growing crush on the samurai, and little did you know that he was feeling the same way for you! He was always helping people, but you were something different. You looked at him like he was not only a protector, but also a companion. You never said much to him other than thank you, and in some ways he was reminded of himself. He'd never been in a relationship, but this growing awkward feeling was at it's worst around you.

"Thank you for all of your help, Samurai. I- I wouldn't be alive if it weren't for you." You didn't want to leave him, now that you were all better, but his duty was calling. He didn't want to have to go either, and insisted that his selfless acts were just out of kindness. There was so much more to know about you, and he wanted to be closer but this couldn't be your future together...

As you hesitantly turned away, he suddenly grabbed your arm. "I want you to come with me." He admitted, "I'll protect you, and I will fight for you, anything it takes. I thought I needed to do this task alone, but if there's any way we can make this work, I want you to come back to the past with me."

Your eyes lit up with excitement for his confession, and you took this moment to let him know how you really felt. "I want that too, Jack. Nobody has ever shown me this amount of care and- I think I'm falling for you."

All of a sudden, your shyness had dissipated and you realized what had really come out of your mouth. For a second, you thought perhaps the samurai had a clashing feeling to yours- perhaps he only wanted to be your friend. He was looking at you with no expression and it was worrying- maybe you said the wrong thing?

No- he pulled you into his chest , wrapping his arms around you in a hug and he kissed your forehead. "I was afraid you weren't going to feel the same, so I wasn't going to say anything. I have fallen for you as well, my sunshine."
