~ARM DAY~ |10•4•17| @CoryGFitness doesn’t miss with his programming and this pump was off the heezy So I don’t really want to call it depression or anxiety because I’m not always this way, but some days including yesterday I just felt so down and out of it, was having a shitty workout everything felt heavy, my shoulder hurt, back was sore... let’s just say that I woke up on the wrong side of the bed, and I began to question everything... like why do I do the things I do....? why do I wake up everyday and go to the gym? why do I try my best to post the workouts that I’m doing? why don’t people want to join this lifestyle....? are they confused? don’t know how? too lazy? |10•2•17| BACK in the gym after a Sunday off to recover from last week. Most likely going to start taking Sundays as a day to really sit back, relax, cook, clean, and study a little bit more not only school but life in general. Having a happy and healthy mind takes effort through avoiding negativity and anything that can drag you down. Finding that balance between chasing your dreams and dealing with reality can be tough at times, but trust the process and keep pushing forward and grow! Filled with cement block pieces to add around 25 pounds for lunging...
