Given how absolutely massive his wings are It wouldn’t be out of the ordinary for him to have muscle pain or aches with the very literal weight on his shoulders right?

I’ve seen headcanons where he collects oils to clean his wings but imagine if he collects different body oils to relax his tense muscles.

If you give him a massage he’s gonna seem kinda bossy in contrast to his usual easy going/ laid back persona but in that scenerio he’s really just knowledgeable. He knows his body, what’s gonna feel the best and the most efficient way to relive the aches.

Yes very vocal. If something feels off or if you should kneed a certain spot over.

He has the charisma to become so close with anyone especially staff so if you give him massages like professionally I feel like you guys would become really close really quickly cus he talks through the whole session too. Prolly talks shit about his job and pro hero’s but you keep it quiet.

Definitely tips big,, he doesn’t have any real yearn for money so he figures he’ll splurge wherever he wants to and does so with good service like at restaurants he loves.

Ofc most if not all quirks defy logic and physics but it’s my job to think this deep.

Usually celebrities are annoyed at even the thought of being mobbed but hawks holds a smile through it all.

You could argue hes just that good at hiding his true feelings and he certainly is but idk i think he really enjoys getting sweet attention for once even if it is a little artificial. (Because it is artificial) and he without a doubt knows that his fangirls love the image of him but growing up the way he did im sure any affection he receives he appreciates. Brought up being constantly told he’s worthless, it’s only natural he’d long for reassurance.

Its just so sweet to watch him be so sweet and responsive to fans.

Like just look he’s literally getting swept away by a goddamn mob but his smile is so easy going I love this man.

Yknow that saying that people with trauma bake instead of going to therapy? I instantly thought of hawks cus it fits!

- Hawks enjoys sweet coffee i figure if he has a comfort food itd be something sweet

- And since there was that small hint that hes comfortable in the kitchen i imagine whenever he needs to relieve stress- aside from flying-he bakes and tons of it at that!!

- Then he sends the massive batch to schools or orphanages or better yet his sidekicks (just imagine every once n a while all his sidekicks come to their desks or lockers or whenever tf they work to cookies and pretty pastries and it happens often enough that they know where it came from but he’s so fast it’s like no one has the opportunity to bring it up but I digress)

- He eats some but most he gives away cus 1. I truly believe he’s that selfless and 2. given he really shouldnt be eating all that sugar.

Though if he gets a s/o who loves sugar hed definitely bake specially for them <3

The only response you manage back is a loud groan to acknowledge his call. Hawks makes his way through your shared apartment slowly removing his jacket and gloves, his feathers carting them away to their proper place, until he finally arrives in the bedroom to find you lying face down on the bed.

“You ok there?”

Another groan in response.

He chuckles fondly as he takes a seat next to you rubbing one hand over your back and taking note of the way you sigh into it. “Your back hurting you again?” he asks and you nod into the pillows before turning your head to look at him. “I know you just got off work and I hate to ask but-“ “Say no more,” he replies before shifting to straddle you, both hands now slipping under your shirt to graze across the skin. “Tell me where it hurts Dove and I’ll make it better,” he promises. “Thank you.” “No thanks required.”

Hawks’ massages are like magic. You direct him to where the pain is most intense and with careful fingers he finds and digs into the tight knots there, working the muscle until it’s pliable beneath his fingers again. With each passing minute more and more of the tension bleeds away until you’ve practically melted into a puddle beneath him. He chuckles as you sigh contentedly then he bends down to press a kiss to the top of your head. “Feeling better dove?” he asks. “Much,” you hum. “Good, now come here so I can cuddle you properly.”

He rolls off of you and onto the bed before pulling you into his arms until you’re comfortable. “What would you do without me?” he asks cheekily. “Get a chiropractor probably,” you tease, earning you a flick to the nose. “Tsk, tsk so unappreciative.” “Don’t worry bird brain, I love and appreciate you so much.” “And I you, Dove.”

In the manga hawks acts pretty.. how do i say.. Moderate? maybe even a little indifferent with his reactions to what tokoyami is capable of, like it’s nothing he hasn’t already seen. Probably because he wasn’t too familiar with tokoyami. I mean, hawks already had up a front knowing his main objective in taking on tokoyami was to gain information on the leagues connection to class 1 a. But I just know that when tokoyami isn’t around hawks is always bragging about him.

This is his first time taking on a work study so I think the deepest parts of him found it really cool to be teaching someone all the small tips and tricks he learned from the commission or even through his own experience. And I’m sure it’s even better with him slowly beginning to trust tokoyami not just as a kid from class 1a but as tokoyami. As a friend and as a hero.

He realizes he isnt the most deligent mentor, saying he isn’t all that focused on training the younger generation. Because in hindsight he’s still relatively really young. But manga hawks doesn’t do something simply to do it, so maybe it’d be to get tokoyamis name out, given hawks many connections.

Hawks without a doubt sees tokoyamis potential as a hero rather than a sidekick. More than anything hawks really cares for tokoyami. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar idc. Though whenever they’re together it’s usually just a bunch of teasing on hawks part

Fatherhood was something that always made keigo nervous

From the moment you first told him the two of you were having a child

He wasn't sure if he was ready

But knowing that you were going to be with him the raising said child he was sure things would be okay

That was until the unimaginable happened

The doctor simply said there was complications

But the end result was your daughters birth and you death

Keigo was devastated

All the hopes, dreams and your plans down the drain

The love of his life was gone

But he still had a part of you

That was your daughter

She looked so much like you taking your features

And hes reminded of you everytime he sees her

It's clear he doesnt know what hes doing, but that doesnt mean keigo doesnt try

He struggles alot at the beginning

And because of the way he lives his life he didnt have anyone else to depend on

But keigo is resourceful and hes determined for his daughter to have a great life

He becomes a dotting father

His babygirl being the most important person in his life

He does whatever he can to take care of her, and she honestly spoiled

When shes younger he tells her everything about you

Telling her just how much alike the two of you are

You'll never see him that far away from her it's so bad he sometimes takes her to work with him cause he hates the idea if leaving her with a babysitter

Hes more attached to her then she is to him

When shes older shes a nice blend of both you and keigo looks wise

Having his quirk but your looks

But her attitude is all you

He loves her so much, even though her rebellious stage when he behaves more like him and it drives him crazy

He loves her for the both of you

And he tells her that everyday

And your daughter knows keigo has always tried his best

It's when shes in her teens that she truly understands how much your absence has affected her dad

"Tell me more about mom?" She asked

Keigo laughs as the two of them sit at your grave, "I've told you everything kiddo."

"Yeah, but tell me why'd you fall in love with her?"

Keigo smiles sadly at the question, "ha, the real question was why'd she fell for me?"

He trailed off, "yYur mom...y/n she was just perfect. Everything I've never been. She was a total badass...she was loving...she didnt take any shit from anyone...especially me...and she always saw the best in everyone... y/n was something else...she was perfect."

Your daughter watched keigo as he started to cry thinking about you

"I think she'd say you did a good job."

"Hmm?"

C/n smiled, "mom would say good job keigo with raising me." She moved to hug him, "I'm sure of it."

Her words moved him to tears and he hugged his daughter back, "You think so?"

Hawks lovely features appreciation !!

You ever get lost in thought thinking about your favorite character and become so immersed in what they look like. Just like when you’re staring at your crush, you get lost in their appearance, parts of them they might actually dislike. That’s what I think about with hawks.

Don’t get me started on his blonde hair! It shimmers in the suns light and makes it vibrant and surreal. Fluffy to the touch he has these beautiful curls that we can assume are most likely a bit tangled in the back from flying but I’m positive the look only adds to his charm.

Like his hair, his eyelashes and eyebrows are the same rich gold and they make his features pop but also blend so well together???? If that makes any sense.

He has very faint freckles speckled across his sweet button nose that he just hates and usually covers up with foundation. Please make it your mission to kiss every facial constellation he has daily to reassure him of his beauty.

His favorite feature of himself just might be his eyes purely because that gives his face a serious edge. A heroic and cool look even. It’s a dark amber with a figurative burning fire circling his slitted pupil.

Every aspect of him is as if it were crafted to be in perfect harmony with the sun. Even his wings. During golden hour under the tint his wings shift to a gorgeous royal maroon. The small follicles of his feathers will catch rays of sun and it’s like fireflies of light dance through his wings. It’s pure magic.

Now his eye markings have always been a bit odd to him. He doesn’t hate them or anything they just didn’t exactly make it easy for him to blend in. (Not like his wings gave him much leeway either but) It’s just something he’s learned to live with. Tell him they make him look sexy and fierce watch how quickly his demeanor changes.

For forever on he’ll look in the mirror remembering the person he adores most thinks these parts of him are beyond attractive and endearing. Parts of him that no one else has. Pride will ooze out of him and he’ll have a new bounce in his skip.

Moral of the story? Praise him, all he needs is a little reassurance!

(Note: this isn’t much of a new headcannon just thinking about sweet aspects of hawks because he’s ruining my life and keeping me sane at the same time... Sorry y for any writing errors <3 )

I swear to god if people use Lady Nagant to drag Hawks because she became a villain because of the HPSC I will find a way to strangle this fandom.

I like her. I like that we're getting to see the side of those who crossed the HPSC and it ended poorly for them. I can't wait to see how it goes and how Hori will combine that with Hawks and his own experiences.

I do not want to waddle through a bunch of "she's better than him for defecting!!!" bs in the tags because people can't seem to realise that Hawks story wouldn't have been made better if he became a villain.

For god's sake, don't ruin this for us. (and by us I mean me because I want to enjoy this new character and Hawks at the same goddamn time)

Hawks is a helpless romantic

It’s safe to say keigo didn’t have access to the many tv shows mainstream cable can provide. From the poor living conditions he endured under his parents care, to his childhood with the commission where everything they interacted with was heavily monitored. I like to think there was one channel he watched (besides hero shows) which was a program that played non stop cheesy romance movies.

Maybe it’s because of the strained and abusive relationship between his parents. It definitely put a sour taste in his mouth and how he perceived love but I think watching those movies made him long for what love could be.

Or maybe it was growing older under the commissions care, with virtually no sort of affectionate contact with others. He’s a smart boy, he picks up things with lightning speed but the thought of affection and care alludes him for a long time and he just wants to understand it like anything else.

He’s fascinated with the strong themes in these movies. The fiery passion between lovers, the unbreakable bond of loyalty between family and the gentle soothing nature of friends. He wants that type of connection with people.

Of course he comes to an age where he now knows it’s all exaggerated but I think that’s why he loves them. Just thinking about younge keigo watching the signature rain confession scene where they pour their souls out to one another. The rain water washes the fronts they’ve put up until that point and their completely transparent to one another and only one another.

He’s probably a crier too. And not like a small stray tear down the cheek like full on boo hoo crying.

Im positive miruko teases him big time for it too and he’s just scrambling to explain the depth of these romcoms and how they’re actually really complex and heartfelt.

I think hawks sings to try and convey his feelings and emotions. It’s a way of pouring his heart out into something. If hawks kept your relationship a secret (for your own protection) this song would sum it up perfectly.

Because though it’s for your own protection you’re his special someone. The person that makes him feel whole, you’ve become a core part of his life now but being unable to show you simple affection around anyone but yourselves could definitely strain the relationship.

But he does his very best to make it up to you in unique and sentimental ways like singing you this song.

Since @keigocntrl said that Hawks can sing very well and I can’t find an English version for a nice song, I decided to edit a song from my own country. From a very popular singer. I also did the translation so I hope you like it. Ya’ll can learn some Croatian too haha!

I just think that Hawks would sing this to his s/o but, like, in a bar or smtng and no one would know that this song is personal. Hawks feels responsible for not spending enough time with his s/o bc of his hero work and making appearances. He needs to continue with his work but he doesn’t feel whole without her. “I’m barely alive” says just as much. He’s also hiding their relationship and making up stories to protect he which is also prominent in the song.
