The mod team announced last month via Twitter that early shipping would be put on hold after the shipping mod sustained an injury. We now have an update on their status and shipping of leftover orders from Mod Aya ^__^ We hope for everyone’s patience and understanding, and will keep everyone updated. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

Hello everyone! There’s one week remaining for leftover sales, so come grab your Keiths while you still can 👀 We still have merch left in stock — check out the store!

Regarding leftover sales, however, the mods want to raise a concern regarding shipping for all leftover orders. The original estimated date for shipping was one to two weeks after leftover sales closed, meaning early December. However, the mods are now putting forward the suggestion of delaying international shipping until after the new year, or until early January. This is to avoid the holiday postal rush, which runs a high risk of missing or delayed packages. We’re aware this will cause a three- to five-week delay from the original estimated shipping time, which is why we’re reaching out to customers at the moment via a Twitter poll and email.

For everyone who has made a purchase during leftover sales, kindly check your inboxes or spam! You should have received an email from the zine regarding the issue ^__^ Responses are welcome either via email or Twitter, or you can message us here, on Twitter, via email, or on our Curious Cat!

Announcement!

The @keithpinupzine mod team has received several returned packages from the first round of pre-orders over the last two months, and we've emailed their respective recipients to inform them and ask what course of action they would like us to take. If you have not yet received your package, kindly check your inbox or spam for a message from the zine. If we have not contacted you but you have not yet received your package, please email us at pinupkeithzine@gmail.com to let us know. 

Again, this pertains to the first round of pre-orders shipped out in June. Orders from leftover sales have not yet been packaged or shipped.

The deadline for responses or messages is November 08, 11:59pm EST. If we do not hear from you by then, we will withhold your item, then process a refund if requested.

Hi! I see in descriptions of leftoversales that Red has 65+ pages and physical zine 90+ pages. Are there size differences between pdf and physical copy?

No there aren’t! Apologies, the mods forgot to edit the description of the digital zine as well while fixing up the storefront with the new inventory ^^; The PDF (Red tier) has the same content as the physical zine, and both have 90+ pages of content. We hope that clears things up!

Second batch of packages for replacement/missing items was posted a while back! Tracking emails for all packages have also been sent. Leftover sales will begin sometime in the next few weeks, so if anyone has concerns with their orders, please email the zine team at pinupkeithzine@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can address any issues ^__^ 

The mods have also had some packages returned to them over the last few days, and we’ve emailed the relevant parties to ask how they want to proceed.

Hello, I'm kinda getting lowkey worried that my package might have gotten lost. The only update I have for it was that "it had left the country of the sender" and that was weeks ago. Idk if this is normal for the postage service you guys are using or not. I'm kinda used to getting updates on every country a package goes through. I had a similar experience last month with a package that just never arrived so my trust in asian postage services are pretty low as of now and feel a bit lost;;

Hello! We're sorry to hear that ;-; Is it possible for you to get in touch with your local customs office or postal service with your tracking number and see if it's in their system? The time frame for international packages arriving to the destination country is between 2 and 10 weeks, but it is concerning that there hasn't been an update following dispatch to destination country. If ever, you can email us at pinupkeithzine@gmail.com with your name and order details so we can try and see if we can send you a replacement. Hope this helps!

Update! 🌟

Last few days to let us know if you have any concerns/issues regarding your shipment! Please email us at pinupkeithzine@gmail.com with your name, order number, and concerns so we can promptly address any issues. Please note that we have very limited A-grade replacement copies left, so we will be addressing concerns on a first-come, first-served basis until stock runs out. We’d also like to refer everyone again to the zine terms and conditions.

After stock runs out, or after we open leftover sales, we will no longer be able to replace your copies of the zine or any accompanying merchandise.

Regarding leftover sales, the mod team will make an announcement ahead of store re-opening to list all bundles/items available. All intact, leftover stock will be listed! The digital zine and digital sketchbook will also be available.

We’ll unfortunately be increasing shipping for all bundles (zine + any merch items) since shipping costs for these were higher than estimated due to weight. Ahead of store opening, please read through the new terms and conditions for leftover stock. By purchasing leftover stock from the storefront, you agree to the terms and conditions listed in the document.

Hi, my order got lost in the mail :( For a month the tracking has been saying "Arrival at inward office of exchange" or "Receive at country of destination" (depending on what tracking site I'm looking at), there has been no further updates since and the postal service dont know where it is... Any help?

Do you have a customs office? The equivalent in the Philippines would be the Bureau of Customs. This is usually the department/office in charge of receiving international packages. If you’re able to contact them then you can check with them regarding the status of your package and see if it’s been held up for any particular reason. If they have no updates, or if after a week there isn’t any progress, please email us your name and order information (order no., etc) at pinupkeithzine@gmail.com and we’ll re-send a package to you. Please note, however, that we have a limited number of replacements, so we may be unable to send another copy out of this one doesn’t arrive.

Hello my package wasn't sent because I was out of town and moving. So the people at my old apartment told them that we weren't there anymore even though we technically still were. And now the package is being sent back to the company. Is there any way I can fix this?

Hello! Can you contact the shipping company/postal service and have them forward it to your new address? The best course of action at the moment is to get in touch with them and see if they still have your package, and if they can forward it to you or hold it so you can pick it up. You can also send us an email at pinupkeithzine@gmail.com with your name and order details so we can keep track in case the package is returned to us. In that event we’ll simply ship it back out to you when it returns to the mod.

A couple of updates!

Hello everyone! Apologies for the delayed posting on Tumblr. For those who have messaged us regarding items that are missing or need replacing, the shipping mod has packed all orders so far. We’re just waiting for some information from a few people, then we’ll be able to ship them out hopefully next week. Again, if you have concerns with your package, you can message us here or on Twitter, or email us at pinupkeithzine@gmail.com.

We’ve also double-checked out leftover stocks, and the mods are now discussing how to list inventory on the store. We’ll make an announcement ahead of the store opening, so stay tuned!! 

We’ll also have to up the shipping cost for bundles since they weighed more than estimated. Shipping costs for other packages (zine-only, merch) will stay the same.
