My body gets a tingly sensation, followed by goosebumps when I’m trying not to cry. Eventually the tears won.

Till this day I still compare myself to others without realizing it. It gets me so down. And I ask myself why. Why am I intentionally making myself feel sad comparing myself to all the things I can’t be right now. I just don’t have an answer for that. All I know is that there’s someone in front of me that has some of the goals I want but I can’t obtain it right now. The lack of time and the amount of stress on my plate has caused me to lose my self esteem. If I don’t feel pretty, then it doesn’t matter what others say. My own feelings matters most to me. Call me stubborn if you’d like.
