If you think about it…. the acronym KYS isn’t saying “kill yourself,” it’s saying Kill Your Self. Three words. As in, kill the concept of the “Self” - your consciousness’s perception that it is an individual, that it has one meaningful isolated identity that is “you,” that it is not but a droplet in the grand ocean of interconnected souls of all living beings in this universe. I think this is beautiful. Embrace ego death and become one with everything. Everyone should KYS

it's so sad that the innies think the outies have all this life and freedom that has been denied to them and meanwhile mark is a depressed alcoholic who lives only in dim lighting, helena cuts eggs in pieces so small the fork shouldn't be able to lift them to her mouth, dylan and gretchen's marriage is desintegrating, all irving has is black coffee and black paint and the black hole of vengeance that wants to swallow him whole... it's just so fucking sad they have the physical means to reach for and grasp all the happiness denied to the innies and they still can't. they're too damaged to. they've drawn a chalk circle of hell around themselves and they never step out of it. the innies' lust for life is the only thing that will help them break the cycle. we can't, we can't, i'm ready, we can't, i'm ready, i'm ready, i'm ready.

Hint:
“I’m not a bad person.” - Mark Scout.
(Bad people always say they’re not bad people.)
Ben Stiller calls Outie Mark “selfish, condescending and guilty” even after the Season 2 finale. He said he’s “rooting for Innie Mark.”
There’s more to oMark that we don’t know yet. He was drinking scotch and getting angry while married to Gemma (alcohol in the background of the baby crib scene.) I also found his crying in the car in episode 1 to be very “ham acting.” Like fake, exaggerated tears. He’s more guilty than sad.
iMark crying while saying “I want to live with you” to Helly in episode 10 was real crying.
Also he fucking killed a dude. But didn’t care.
He’s basically the male version of Helena Eagan. And he’ll be stuck with her next season. (Asshole x asshole, close proximity.)
Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

salty take: gemma is intelligent. she is a russian lit professor. she walked through doors and experienced the gaps in her memory and understood what that meant, and knows the door she's on the other side of is another severed precipice. she was rescued by her man soaked in blood who kissed every part of her face and called her his baby and clearly did everything in his power even years later to deliver her from hell. she does not think HER mark moved on, she knows a part of him is trapped in hell now just as she was, and it looks like it found a reason to stay. it is devastating enough without twisting it into her thinking he's got a wife and children.

holy fuck okay. holy shit. severance said what if the tragedy was kindness. because innie mark did the kindest thing he could. he went back for her. he got gemma out safely. he ushered her out the door he looked at her through the glass he saw that she was alive and free. but walking out the door is killing yourself and killing the woman you love. so you turn around and you take her hand and you run and you don't kiss her in front of your outie's wife but she's safe! you did what your outie fucking asked even after he treated you like shit! and you just want ten more minutes for yourself because you're a person too. what if orpheus forgot who eurydice was and still saved her but then he stayed behind. what if orpheus saved eurydice and then when they stepped out of the underworld they swapped roles. what if eurydice was the hero all along and what if she had to watch orpheus go back into hell. i'm going to be sick
