For all the failed attempts to bring communities together through art, for all the artworks collecting dust in the garage that felt amazing to create, for all the paid advertising to try and stand out from everyone else, for all the thousands upon thousands of hours creating, posting, sharing, markets … trying to make it all look pretty and get the right words… all it takes might be someone to share your post, like your page, share with a friend, ask to create something for you … I’ve often purchased artworks and items from artists around me to try and support local. My beautiful friend painted this gorgeous artwork called “Kings Beach | All The Ladies” and it’s mine! It’s proudly sitting in front of my Nanas picture. The painting reminded me of warm days on the beach with nana and family x She is one of the most influential and inspiring artists, who gently nudges me without even knowing it!
