It was a pleasure to present my work at the first International Conference in Creative Art therapy in Pune. I have worked with children from vast backgrounds, giving me such an insight into the benefits of art therapy and how it can heal trauma, abuse, depression and anxiety. I am my biggest example and have no shame to admit that painting has saved me from insanity. I wish to continue with this satisfying and very enriching role of being a facilitator in bringing out the deepest emotions from children and also adults and grow with them.
