Over the past 15 years I've transformed myself from middle class office worker to an unskilled manual labourer. Smart suits have been replaced by dirty head to toe hi viz and on the odd days I'm not working with full skinhead gear. Along the way I've also spent three years in prison which really cemented my new persona.
