friday, august 29

made it through the first week !!!! no school today cuz it's the friday before labor day, but that gives me more time to finish my 60 pages worth of outlines for apush.... thankfully my actual teacher is coming back on tuesday (he tore his achilles tendon and was resting)

day 2 struck me really really hard, so i started homework a little later into the day. but i'm slightly locked in now ~

today's accomplishments

finished chap. 1 outlines

emptied dishwasher

survived day 2 cramping

turned in alg. 2 homework

tomorrow i'll be heading over to a coffee shop to do more outlines.... woohoo!

8/31/25

• Studied for four hours, as planned. Dang. It didn’t take as much from me as I thought it would, but it was hard enough. I’m most of the way through 1 Henry IV, planned out some lessons, graded, and read some of my rhetoric book.

• Tomorrow’s Labor Day. I am taking the day off—mostly. I need to study for like, an hour. Not bad.

• I feel antsy when I go on social media lately. It’s not filling my cup anymore (studyblr doesn’t count).

• Watched a few episodes of Community today!

• Went grocery shopping. Did a pickup order. Also got gas. Proud of myself for doing these things. I honestly did a lot today.

A little glimpse of how I’m using my notebooks. The small one is for studying and quick notes, like meetings. The larger one I use as a planner, for work notes, and as a sketchbook for logo and visual identity designs.
