When I was 100 lbs, I couldn't see my collar bones, hip bones, or wrist bones. I felt like such a failure. I kept trying to feel them but stanning kpop girl groups taught me that you can be skinny without it.
It's so weird to me that people talk about visible collar bones as a sign that you're skinny. Mine have always been visible even at 90kg. It makes me wonder what other signs I can look for instead to see if I've made progress.

Haven't eaten today but my s/o is coming and he said he has free food. If you're not dating anyone, wait until after your goal weight. It's disruptive.
I'll tell him that I'm not feeling well so I can't eat a lot. And I have to remind him that Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are my fasting days.

One day we'll stop revolving everything around food. I don't mind socials but then they ask why you're not eating or if you don't eat a lot, they'll mention how they're trying to lose weight too or "so that's how you got so skinny"...
how can a person have both social life and restrict like i dont feel like its possible

unfortunately at the end of the day it is how much you eat.
you can go gym, get 10k steps, have protein powder, run, lift whatever but you can NEVER outwork a bad diet - genuinely speaking from experience.

This was me until I saw HER. Now I'm restricting. I'm not smarter or healthier than her but by god, I'll be skinnier! We can do this!!
I’m back, I’m still in the same position as when I left, ☹️
Why am I like this? Why can’t I just stick to what I want to do because i literally can’t even look at myself anymore. Every night I say tomorrow, well tomorrow never happens and nothing changes. I’m weak in the mind I suppose.
No motivation to go after what I want? That’s just pathetic.

Trying this but making it various non dairy milk since I have to go easy on the soy. I'm adding kr@t0m since it helps my appetite and pain.
Best diet I’ve found that works extremely well and fast is soy milk, coffee, tea and fruit. So I had soy milk in the tea and coffee or when I was hungry for protein a glass of it and rest of the time ate fruit when hungry or had a coffee. Drank plenty of water too. I did it for just two weeks and lost probably a stone.. EVERYONE was commenting. I was never hungry. And I was getting protein from the 1ltr soy and vitamins from the fruit

Lol some of these comments. I don't see the point in dirtying dishes for a meal but I was starved a lot as a child and made to clean the dishes of adults who got to eat so I have a very unhealthy relationship with food. I didn't mind the dishes because it kept me away from them, but I guess it's because the food did smell good and the parts I got to taste were sometimes nice but cold because I stole them off plates when they were finished.
I developed a lot of health issues because of this. I know food is neutral but sometimes I can't stand to think about it. It's not always a matter of people not eating although I hate the sound too. And even then that's not a simple thing. It's mental illness and a lot of our parents played/play a role in this. It's so fucked up.
Some of the comments make it seem like it's such a funny thing that some of us have an unhealthy relationship with food. It's not really funny. We're traumatized. Food is essential and most of us wish we could go about things healthily.
I'm not saying this for pity. What will I do with pity? I'm saying this because it's not simple as a lot of people are making it seem.
If you're suffering from an eating disorder (or any disorder), I'm here for you.
