Spacekin Self Care

-  there are things called Zero Gravity Flights, check out their website HERE, they are pretty pricey though. The next one is September 29th 2018, Los Angeles!

- bungee trampolines are really fun and can feel like the gforce of space! OR those slingshot rides

- The Gravitron is a great fair ride if you like going to fairs! its shaped like a space ship

- paint your walls a dark blue colour, or paint them spacey!

- go outside in the cold, remember the coldness of space

- going on planes are nice, you can look out the window and look up and think about how close to space you are.

- talk to other kin people about your space kin

- look through the spacekin tag

- eat space-themed food, or astronaut food!

- listen to space aesthetic music. there are plenty of spotify playlists!

Angelkin Self Care

- baths. Rose water or bath bombs work nicely. Get some rose petals and place them into your bath. Get any bath bomb that looks/smells angelic to you.

- wear angelic clothing! For me, it’s wearing sheer white silky clothing and a gold headband.

- putting lotion at the base of your wings

- depending on how much you miss how you looked like, I suggest not looking in the mirror. Imagine yourself looking how you used to look.

- if you had any markings, tattoos, scars, etc. Draw them on (safely! Body paint works)

- if you had different hair than you do now, wear a wig! If you had different colour eyes than you do now, wear contacts!

- try making a pair of fake wings that you can wear! There are some tutorials on YouTube.

- talk to other angels about your past life

- think of your body as a vessel

- get your friends/people online to call you by your angel name

- remember that you are divine, angelic, and holy no matter your religious views in this life. You are an angel.

- floating in a pool/bath can feel like you’re flying or floating

- remember to eat, drink, and bathe! Please take care of your vessel

- sit in churches or any sacred place

- acquire or make holy water. use it wherever you want, but I heard spraying it where your wings should be is nice. (X)

- singing or humming. Ancient hymns are nice.

- write in Enochian or draw Enochian sigils (if you don’t like Enochian, Latin works) (X)

- stretch your whole body, imagine/feel your wings stretching with you.

- sitting alone on a rock on a hill, listening and feeling the wind

- go to libraries, read up on the religious section. Libraries are a nice and quiet place.

- take a nap in the sun, on a white comforter or any comfortable blanket. The warmth will feel like home

- go somewhere high up and look down at the earth like you used to (X)

- Cloud and Star gazing (X)

- Bathe in powdered milk and lavender oil (or any other oil) (X)

- Do spontaneous nice things for someone. be their angel of their day (buying food for a homeless person, giving a person a pep talk, anything nice)

- Do things you would usually do, but do them outside! Eating, Reading, etc. Especially under a tree on a warm day (X)

- Use shimmery lotion or body glitter to keep your skin glowing (X)

- Oil your nails, keep your skin soft with lotion, exfoliate your face, etc. These things makes me feel very divine

- Do things you did back then. Personally, when I wash my hair, I fill up the bath and lean my head over into the tub. I lather my hair with shampoo, and rinse my hair with a cup of water from the tub. This is how I used to bathe as an angel.

- When alone, Be naked or wear minimal clothing. White underwear is usually what I wear. or any white flowy fabrics!

- going on swings, on a fast bike, or sticking your head out of a car and feeling the wind on your face, feel similar to flying!

Angelic foods and drinks

Liquid White Gold Drink X (i assume you do this in a pot on a stove)

1 cup of milk/milk substitute, 1 teaspoon of honey, sprinkle of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of vanilla
