Shitty Maka Albarn aesthetic: so like. i know that all the arcs in manga and anime have names and stuff. logically i know that. and i also know that when a manga is really long-running, the characters tend to age over time and so they might be older in some later arcs. these are all things that i know. however, when you google maka albarn, the info that google spits out from the soul eater wiki right onto the search results page before you even click on anything reads: “age: 13 (clown arc)”. and tbh weren’t we fucking all.

Fire Force Spoilers

Learning about what happened in Fire Force really helped me not feel insane.

I remember this moon. The pale light, the different phases, the lack of facial features. And the picture of a rabbit in the moon - I saw it every night in my dreams and the dreams of others.

Knowing that it was just something ancient buried in the collective subconscious... It is validating. Honestly, I was never fond of the celestial bodies in the waking world. The thought of there always being at least one set of eyes on me.... Ugh, remembering it sends a shiver up my spine. They always seemed so weirdly happy; crazed.

The sun and the moon here... They're beautiful. Comforting. Ethereal.
