FANTASIA! ( not accepting! )

a lalafell with quite the reputation! a notorious troublemaker with a liking for games and a strong penchant for lying through his teeth. it's hard for many to discern what is truth or fiction from him, many believing he's got a small army tucked under his belt; ready to gather should he need them. but does he truly hold such an influence on that many? only hydaelyn may know.

many times people will witness him traversing the saucer, or the towns beyond. sometimes even doing so in the most ridiculous of manners to see how the masses will respond. nothing is quite as refreshing as a flock of eyes in his direction and the imagined outbursts he'd receive!

oddly enough, he keeps his manners well enough in check for young children -- even gets along well with the moogles! or, so the rumors go.

the first muse i wrote ever was a warrior cats oc named nightpaw! my first canon muse was neku s/akuraba

probably ouma! i've been writing him since 2017 with only a few brief breaks over the years. he's my scrunkly and i love him

What is your favorite canon muse?

ouma is probably number one, but a close second is iruma from the same game. she's so aggressive yet so easily cowed and it's a lot of fun watching her bounce off of people

Are you happy with how your favorite canon muse was portrayed in canon?

yes on both counts! i think they were written extremely well, especially ouma. i can understand why people would dislike either character - and why iruma might make people uncomfortable, given how aggressively sexual her comments can be - but i'm a huge fan

sadly, no. i deleted the blog like i think a year later? and the url got snatched up sometime between then and me rping neku in an mfrp. it might be fun to look back on if i still had it though!

They stand at the entrance to the maze. Kokichi has his stamp in hand and the cat sits just beyond the entrance, lazily flicking its tail. It watches the two curiously, waiting for their cue.

"You ready for this?" He grins, giving Oliver a determined look. When he gets an affirmative, he turns to face the cat.

"Let's get started!"

The cat sprints away, and Kokichi takes off after it, feet slamming against the grass.

[ here's my plotting call for the event! ouma's interested in the maze and activities at the think tank, so i'll be focusing plots on that. i can't think of a good number to cap this off at so... uncapped i guess? ]

He wasn't originally part of their little group, but they'd grabbed his attention. The pointy-eared man initially seemed to have some trouble wrangling the younger ones of the group, and Kokichi considered either helping or making things worse, but it seemed neither was necessary; they calmed down on their own.

He still lingered close to the group, though, curious about what the man was teaching them. Kokichi didn't know much about plants - he grew up in a city, and there was little chance for him to learn. It could come in handy to know what around here is safe to eat...

Oh, the man noticed him sticking around. He grinned at him, looking a little evil... or perhaps just mischievous. Who can tell with him?

"I was just wondering..."

"Which of these would work best for poisoning my enemies? Nishishi..."

"Alright, alright, settle down." It seemed he'd drawn some kind of crowd after answering one question that one kid had about one mushroom, and now all the other kids with him - a whole pack of them, really - were asking different questions about different flowers.

"No, that one isn't edible. Yes you can technically-"

Wrangling kids was definitely not his forte, although he seemed to demand a bit more authority here given their age. A few teens milled about as well as he identified what he recognized, or gave tips on how to tell if something was poisonous.

As everyone had quieted down and was enjoying munching on some small edible flowers, he sighed.

"At least they're quiet..." He murmured, before he noticed a young man standing nearby. A glint of mischief in his eyes, but most curious people tended to be mischievous, if only a little.

"Did you have a question, too?"

Fireworks erupted overtop the city's centre where the giant hole usually could be found. Except now it was filled with a huge stadium! When had that happened!? As was often tradition in Spirale, plenty early risers would have their beauty sleep disturbed by the blaring of an announcement over the electronic devices in their possession.

"That's right, Jonathan! This is an exciting year for the Spirale Games! Well it's the first year, but that's what makes it so exciting!" Anything with a screen would have displayed video of Ofiuco's android body sitting at a sportscasting desk. But there was no one else present so who was she talking to? "We have a number of exciting events for teams to sign up for and we can't wait to see you out there!"

Of course the implication was that if they didn't see them out there then those who didn't participate wouldn't be reaping any of the rewards!

Welcome to our April / May event, the Spiral Games! As you can imagine we've taken inspiration from major sporting events, but this is closer to a celebration of many different skills and only some of the events are based on athleticism! You can find a full list of the events here so that this post isn't too cluttered!

So how is everything going to work?

Characters can participate in some events alone, but we encourage everyone to form teams of up to four characters! All of the team members don't need to participate in every thread if you don't want to but the option is there if you'd like! Teams will have no bearing on rewards (but it will make them easier) so there also isn't a limit of how many teams a character can be in to prevent a scenario where some characters are let out just because some people made teams early on.

If you would like to, you can give your team a name and even design a logo!

On the event list page you can see a list of events and the rewards you can earn from participating! Rewards can only be claimed by the team members who participate, so if you choose to do a one person drabble then only you get those rewards!

You can participate in as many events as you want, but the amount of Stars one character can earn from the event is capped at 500 Stars. This does not include the regular amount you get for event participation.

There will also be an unlock reward for this event, however there is a stipulation to this. In order to claim the unlock you must write at least 300 words with at least one character on your account that your muse has yet to interact with. So long as the thread is event related it will count, which is where teams could certainly help!

He swipes his tongue across his lips, ears perked at the sound. He could use something for his store... but he has a feeling the man won't let it go quite as easily as he did the rabbit. If he were alone, he'd go for it, but he guesses he has enough for now.

"No, you can have it." His ear twitches.

He tears another bite out of the rabbit. He wonders idly if rabbit can normally be eaten raw. He's not concerned about it with his guardian's features, but it's something to Google when his phone is working again.

"You're welcome," Brad replies, in a very grumpy tone.

Brad huffs. He begins to walk off but decides against it, distracted quickly by feeling frustrated. The whole 'polar bear instinct' thing doesn't sit right with him. He grumpily watches the younger man eat for a bite or two. Then, the sound of something else moving nearby ruffles his fur.

"...You satisfied here? You're not gonna want that?"

"Gross. I don't listen to cops."

"I'm plenty safe! You don't know what I'm capable of." He's far from a fighter, but he's wily. If he couldn't handle the danger, he wouldn't be here. (Not that he hasn't gotten in over his head before. But the little hedgehog doesn't need to know that.) "You should worry more about yourself."

"Yes." Well, maybe he wasn't a cop of any sorts here, but he was a government agent back home, and he couldn't resist a little sassy retort when it was also technically true.

"You should be more concerned with your own personal safety."

"Hm?"

Oh, there's a little guy talking to him! He's like a mascot character. He'd be cuter if Kokichi didn't have fresh memories of being tormented by Monokuma and his Kubz. At least that means he can resist the urge to pat his head.

"Sure thing, dad! I'll be sure to text you when I get home, too."

"Are you a cop or something? I know what I'm doing here."

"Hasn't anyone told you this ward is not one you particularly want to be caught in at night?" At least that was all the clammoring he'd heard from the NPCs earlier. It at least seemed like no one messed with him because he looked like he would not be worth a fight. Good.

"It's late anyway. You better be heading home."
