Okey I know that lax are bad and a lot of you say that they make you bloated and all, but honestly they helped me a lot. Since I started using them I lost all the weight. I totally recommend tho DONT GET ADDICTED BC LATER YOU WONT BE ABLE TO USE THE BATHROOM!!!!!!

Today I relapsed after 99 days of sobriety from self harm.
What triggered me is that I got bad news from my friend. She told me that situationship wants to end things with me and also I opened sober app and that triggered me even more! When I saw how many days I haven’t cut I got shocked. 99 day CRAZY.
I did 3 cuts. I hit the fat layer and it didn’t even hurt, I don’t know if I’m just used to that pain or my leg just went numb, but when I started the 3rd cut I felt super nauseous and I was pale I’ve felt like I will faint any minute. It was super scary.
I really wanted another cut but I know I will faint if I do :( the wombs will probably heal after 2 months. Now I have 5 big cuts added to my collection, but honestly I didn’t want to relapse, I just got super confused with my feelings and the next thing I remember I was holding a raiser blade.

i skipped TOO many days. My summer body ain’t gonna magically appear, I have to work for it. 
it’s week 4 and i know that I skipped the whole week of diet, but im trying OK! i will try to keep up for this week. ( i have to skip Monday bc today is Tuesday)

today is week 4. i will eat breakfast in the morning bc my fat ass gets hungry later on in the day (i used to not eat breakfast before but now im filthy, discounting whore!) 
breakfast contains of- two corn rice cakes with tomato =26cal. and a flat white=28 cal together=54 cal
10:10- pistachios hand full-12 cal
10:57- another hand full- 12cal
11:52- sandwich with cheese and pepper

i fucking hate myself
in 2021/22 i was so determined to my eating disorder, I would slit my wrist when i ate a crumb of a cookie, i would workout at 5am in a plastic bag and a hoodie till i felt like i will throw up. I hate that im so fat rn and that i don’t look somewhat acceptable. My face is so fucking rounded, my arms are huge, my boobs are discounting, and im never gonna have a thigh gap. 
i want to be depressed again, i want to suffer in hoodies in summer, i want to be the sickest i have ever been. I FUCKING WANT TO DIE!
