how many instruments do you think sammy can play?

sorry for the poor drawing i was in a rush and im tired </3

sammy is of course most talented with the piano and is also capable of playing banjo, but i think hes also good with other string instruments like the guitar and the violin/fiddle since hes got vaudeville experience. i think he could figure out how to play any string and percussion decently enough, but i dont think i could see him being particularly skilled at wind or brass.

long story short, i think as a human he was talented enough to have a grasp on most string/percussion instruments. in his ink form, since he lost a lot of his memories, i think hes only able to play piano and banjo (barely, i mean, his fingers are made of ink)

what are some of your Sammy headcanons? he’s my fav too and I love hearing about him lol

Oh oh with Sam I can actually give some answers!! (Since I draw him the most 💀)

He's pretty antisocial and quiet, usually staying in his house and the music room (dw he gets better once he meets Henry and the others). He's easily annoyed sometimes (especially from Wally which he usually gets into arguments with). He's not very good at talking about his emotions and usually keeps them inside, never shows himself crying or upset with others though he's pretty easy to read.

Some silly headcanons I have is that he named his banjo Cynthia, he has a scar on his his nose since he was a kid and also a few on his arms which I'm not sure I can draw because of the context... Uhhmm he usually has his eyes half closed but when they're fully open they're kinda big, giving him a sort of "babyface" I guess
