for a few years after his separation from fecto elfilis, his appearance was not the fluffy animal we know and love today, but some sort of goopy freakish homunculus

-translucent, constantly dripping/damp body

- IDF-87 identification tag tightly zip tied around his neck. this does become a problem in the fiture

-large, non blinking eyes

-pinkish innards visible from the outside. if you looked at him close enough you could even see veins, guts, and bones... gross

-still developing ears, tail, and... everything. only gains his current appearance after slowly shifting his form subconsciously to appear more animal like, similar to all the animals he encountered in the forgotten land

born from the ashes of a tragedy, sent across the galaxy as a shooting star... quite alien looking but very cute all the same. not yet the pink puff we all know and love

-wayyyyy cuter. sorry elfilin...

-he's got the starrie rainbow face star thing going on. idc if starries end up being unrelated to kirby's species <3 i do what i want in my house

-his species, astral, are born practically blind but with long very sensitive whiskers used to feel his way around and find food

-very fluffy. basically a living puffball

-he will gain his pink colors and heart shaped blushes after being taken care of by the citizens of dreamland and knowing their love and devotion
