HI!!! 2099 expert here! Well, Not literally, but I’ve been obsessed with that comic universe for a few years.

In reference to the coffee post: you’re correct! 2099 doesn’t have a lot of “natural” food sources. It’s even been mentioned that they eat synthetic meat instead of real meat.

Pretty much just saying this so I can add that the idea of Miguel tasting non-synthetic chemically produced foods for the first time and going crazy about it, accidentally over-indulging a bit too much. It drives me insane.
