My current mental state is pretty bad lol, decided to vent here for a bit

So uh I feel stressed and cant relax like all the time lol, i really feel sleepy like 24/7 too and have not that good of an appetite. I dont know why but I feel like Ive overworked myself too much but I dont even know what i did to cause this
