Oh Penelope looks amazing in your style!! I'm so glad you liked the design! I love designing demigods, so if you open up more designs I'd probably jump in again!

So, for ArtFight this year I had a "Design A Demigod" section to help me get the designs for these 500+ campers I've been working on to flesh out the camp population throughout canon, and to my delight, I got thirteen* designs out of it, which I am very grateful for! I've now managed to give all of those kids their own icons in my own style (and assigning them their names and/or beads where necessary), and am now showing them off because these original designs were all amazing!

*I can count, I promise - one of these was given to me outside of ArtFight, because this is not a thing that is limited to ArtFight and more info about the project will be at the bottom of this post if anyone's interested!

So what is this project?

Basically, I'm populating the entirety of the camp from 1998 through to 2020 for fic reasons. I've worked out all the kids' names, parentages and camp dates, and have opened the floor for people to help come up with visual designs for all of these kids. If there's any general interest on tumblr, I'll put up details of what I'm looking for later.

Sometimes you get the urge to draw for two things at once, so you just shove them together, lol. Here we have a version of my beloved Flora from a new idea I'm working on called the Crystal Tree AU (Heavily under construction, mostly just an excuse to give her fancy glowy magic) confronting the lovely @lunarcrown 's False Prince and demanding her son boy back. There's no actual context for this confrontation, haha, I just couldn't decide who to draw so I just went "both is good" and drew both, haha.

Sometimes your sleep schedule gets messed up and you just need to listen to Britney Spears and draw fanart of a magical girl anime from the 90s to unwind. It's been years since I watched this show and when I did it was what ever random episodes I could find all the pieces of on YouTube, so I have very little actual knowledge of the series overall, but I do remember loving it. It was the first Magical Girl series I watched that wasn't a bad English dub.

The fact that I'm going to be in @elbdot 's special anniversary comic dub of El's Alolan Adventures (psst, find the details over on @kitblackthornva ) has had me head over heels with Alola all over again, even as I've been working on fleshing out the story for my Sword protagonist, and a Professor OC. So as a little Halloween treat for myself instead of drawing something spooky I decided to draw my Ultra Sun MC Flare, in her brand shiny new updated color palette, with Gladion when they're in their late teens.

I headcanon Gladion at roughly 14 in the games, where as Flare is 15 at that time. Here they're 18 and 19 respectively. Flare is still reigning champ of the Alola League and Gladion is running the Aether Foundation as President. They're both very busy so any time they get a chance to hang out is precious to them.

(If you're wondering, I stick with Hau being 11 during the game's timeline and headcanon Lillie as 12, making them roughly 15 and 16 respectively at the time this picture would take place)

I'd also like to take a moment and just give @shima-draws a shout out because when I think of pokemon her art instantly springs to mind, it's honestly goals and everyone should definitely check it out. (And maybe her RG Project hack too if you like RedxGreen 👀)

A little melancholy piece about summer romance and grief featuring my 1980s era PJO OCs Sunny and Lainey. One day I might do the whole song, but today is definitely not that day, lol.

Threw together some future designs for Riku and Echo in Sister AU! One day they'll all take on students of their own and, honestly, I think Scala is too awesome of a location to leave empty, so what better place to train the next generation? I do intend to do designs for some of the others for this same time period, Sora and Kairi for sure, but I have other projects I need to work on first, so just these two for now.

“You’re telling me…” Vanitas held his hands out as if to brace himself from the wave of stupidity approaching. “You gave your name away to a faery?”

“W-” Roxas smiled, and Vanitas raised an eyebrow. Roxas only smiled when he was nervous, or caught in a lie. Vanitas didn’t think he’d be lying about this sort of thing. “Well, not exactly mine.”

This is based on the opening scene to @novallion ‘s wonderful fanfic “The Good Kind of Chaos”, which you can read here I messed up a little and accidentally posed them to where Roxas is standing to the right of the workbench instead of the left, oops… stupid disfunctional brain… Sorry Nova, I was going to draw a whole bunch of flowers but my hand started to give out on me so I kinda skimped out on the plants and the lineart and just put flat colors on the sketch, I hope you like it anyway! Consider this a pick-me-up gift since you’ve had a rough day with all that reposting nonsense, rereading “The Good Kind Of Chaos” is always a pick-me-up for me after all.

I really hate to beg again, but I could seriously use some help. I lost my job completely recently and along with that myself and the people I live with are extremely vulnerable to COVID-19 so I can't really afford to go out and actually work right now. "Not Ready To Be A Princess" from Sofia the First came up in my YouTube suggestions and it reminded me of a Royalty AU I did with my friend where Smol Ramona found herself scooped up from where she'd been living and taken to Aphrodite's palace after something happened to the previous Heir to the Throne and she was suddenly next in line. So I created a title card for an animatic I will probably never draw XD
