Asset: Yoga Pose Card Series
While approaching the application, I realized I was not able to incorporate video into the prototype software. I worked with Savannah to create an image card series to be designed into the app. It serves as placeholder for scripted video instruction, which would come with production. This is more valuable for pre-production because with over 150 poses to choose from, many sequences can be built. There are only so many poses, and the user advances by going deeper into them with progress - This is where the props come in for beginner stiffness.
As for Mindfulness and Meditation, I have placeholders and examples of mindfulness messaging. This section would be developed with refinement of my business model. Partnering with other companies and functioning as their middle man would bring the money and certified content in.

App structure and progress tracking
yoga tab: practicing asana
mindfulness tab: quotes to think about, similar to the loving-kindness meditation practice
meditation tab: guided meditation audio, the users eyes are closed, similar to headspace.
progress tab: illustration of the eight limb tree of yoga.
The user chooses a section to practice based on how they are feeling. Each section tells what limb/s it is under. As the user completes practices, leaves on the tree will fill in and change color. They can click on each limb and see more information about what they have completed. While there are only so many leaves, there is no end goal since it is truly the user's personal progress.
