you know sometimes i think about resting and resting means you just rest and not worry about someone or something or there are some things going on on your mind. you may be physically resting but your brain is not.
i wonder, why am i always worried? why am i always anxious about something? im always thinking about what will happen in the next hour or day and being a negative person, negative thoughts are roaming on my mind. i hate it. i hate it cuz i cant stop it.
i cant finish a day without being an emo especially at night and when the neighborhood is so quiet that it’s deafening. sometimes i cry because i roast myself. and then i blame myself after. am i depressed? no? then what?
i wanna live a life minus the anxiety and depression. i wanna live a normal life; not a life that is sticking your gadgets to your hands scrolling and typing all day and all night. i wanna be free. i wanna explore life. but how?
