We had this fresh palm juice on our way to Sundarapandiapuram. It tasted very sweet and initially thought sugar was mixed in it but got to know that it's the natural sweetness of Palm fruit. The person selling this was also telling us that palm Jaggery or Karupatti (local name) is also made out of it. #travel #holiday #vacation #wanderlust #TravelGram #InstaTravel #adventure #explore #TravelPhotography #traveling #travellearning (at Sundarapandiapuram) https://www.instagram.com/p/B5o7J3tJnhI/?igshid=1cwkvuoap49bf

Woodland Casa @ Uluppuni Uluppuni, located near Vagamon, a breezy hilltop in Idukki district, Kerala, is the ideal spot for your next one-day escape into nature. This secluded place, perhaps the best meadowlands of Kerala. Early mornings are the ideal time to climb the hills. It is a mystical experience to watch the sunrise above the hills, amidst the rolling clouds, as you are caressed by the fog carried by the breeze in the valley. Kalvari Mount gives a beautiful view of the Idukki dam reservoir. It is worth a visit and must see.One can take the car till the hill top and an entrance fee will be charged by the Forest department. Walk along the rough single line path till the point you can see the water body from the top.The path is not meant for elderly .It can be very sunny sometimes so carry a hat and water.Shoes are recommended while going up there.
