You kinda need the horse ranch (rancher trait and some clothes) but I'm sure you can still play with her is you don't have the pack! also she uses the werewolf pack (hand bandages), in my gallery it marks her as using get to work but it doesn't appear I used any get to work items so ignore that (●ˇ∀ˇ●) .

This sim is a werewolf so you need the Werewolf pack, you also need Seasons (just for a hat ) and Island living (for some glasses) but if you don't have those packs you can still play normally!
