Hiii sweetie! Thanks so much for the ask! 💕 Sorry it took a while to answer, life’s been a bit busy, and I always end up overthinking the answers lol. But let’s get onto it!

A - Ships that I currently like a lot:

Oh there’s a bunch! The primary ones would be symbrock and symbiot3, to absolutely no one’s surprise. I’m also utterly insane about Agent Venom x Anti-Venom specifically, so jot that down. And not to forget, my OC Plague and Anti-Venom being bffs is taking up a considerable chunk of my brain’s processing power at any given time, even if I never talk about them lol. There’s a lot more from various other fandoms but those are the main ones.

K - What character has your favourite development arc?

Hmmm that’s a tricky one, but I’d say (comics) Eddie Brock or Flash Thompson. Mainly because I’m a sucker for the good old ‘villain turned hero’ trope. Love seeing troubled characters get messy redemption arcs and personal development that moves like the stock market. Here served with a heaping side of “overcoming obstacles through the power of (gay space alien) love” 🖤

V - Which character do you relate to most?

Hard to say, I don’t really keep tabs and certainly not a ranking. Thinking about it now, I think I often relate to one or a few specific things in a character but maybe not the rest of them, so it’s difficult to point to a single character that fully takes the cake. But some prominent ones that come to mind are Murderbot for being so severely socially anxious and painfully awkward, and Peter B Parker from Spiderverse for being a science nerd who is also bone weary and just done with life. Oh, and Carnage occasionally. Because sometimes you just wanna go apeshit, and the whole yeeting cars and stabbing people and smashing shit and getting into fights with superheroes and just being an absolute menace seems like it would be kinda fun and therapeutic, actually.

Make sure you don't accidentally punish people for communicating their needs and boundaries. When someone cares enough to have the uncomfortable conversation, that's a compliment and a clear sign that they are invested in the relationship. Yes of course it's uncomfortable to hear that something you've been doing has been upsetting someone you care about when that was never your intention, but people generally only bother to have these conversations with the people they want to keep around - the people they trust to care. If they just didn't like you, they'd probably just try to avoid you. So make sure you don't make it into a more punishing experience than it has to be. Try to see the care and the trust behind the criticism, even when it triggers uncomfortable emotions. It's a good sign that they're there telling you.
