âWhere?â Jayden asked, lifting his gaze from the laptop in front of him. He was reading the comments on his latest YouTube video. As usual, it was primarily positive but there were some oddly negative ones thrown in there. He wasnât used to getting personal attacks and although it didnât really bother him, it confused him.
âAnd for how long?â He added, although it wasnât like he was living on a real schedule. He tended to post on Saturdays, but that was only when he had videos to post. And he didnât have something for the following week quite yet.

â§Â it had been a long day for kenan. he was finally done with schedules and the next day would be his day off, so he figured heâd invite the other and perhaps take them out so they could have some fun together.                      â i know somewhere we can go to unwind. â kenan beamed, the corners of his mouth raising to form a smile as he wiggled his eyebrows. he figured they could start the fun today and continue it tomorrow, if the other was still up for it. if not, the male would just have fun by himself.Â

â Byungwoon wondered if he shouldâve warned Kangnim about how wild Heejoon was. But, whatever got rid of the damned creature. âAre you sure, heâs 25 years old and rather flirty.â
âI can handle that?â Kangnim said, raising an eyebrow. âIâm rich and lonely, thereâs no way that this could go wrong.â There were many ways that this could go wrong, he knew that. But he also wasnât going to turn down a free mutt.

âI suppose youâre right.â He gave her a faint smile and just couldnât keep his eyes off of her. They hadnât seen each other in so long, he wanted to take it all in. And the longer he watched her, the more he noticed how much sheâd truly changed. Her eyes were weary and had a hint of sadness in them even though she smiled. Her form was as fragile as always, yet it had sense of strength to it. Much like himself, life was never kind to her, even when they were growing up. It was probably part of the reason why they got so close in the first place. All Jordan ever wished for her was happiness. And he could only hope she got to have it, even if just a little bit.Â
âAh, Iâm happy to hear that.â Both that she had gotten into a university and that she was out of her motherâs place. God knew it was not a good place for her to be in. âHope your studies are going well.â Jordan nodded slightly, but his expression changed when asked about his reasons of being here. Though he had to agree that being in the US had freed him from his life here, he didnât want to voice it out loud as to not offend her or make her think he didnât value their friendship. Because he did, immensely so. And he hoped she knew that. âIâ Wellâ I received word from my.. family.â He couldnât help but scowl at the word. A heavy sigh escaped him as he finally turned his gaze away from her to blankly stare into distance. âFather hasnât been well. He asked to see me. I donât even understand why.â Jordan scoffed lightly.Â
Unlike his mother, he actually had always had a decent relationship with his father. But ever since he moved away, they hadnât spoken a word to each other. It was just so unexpected of him to suddenly request his sonâs presence. Maybe in an attempt to clear his conscience before his death bed. Who knew. âI justâ Havenât had the courage to go to the hospital yet.â
There was no doubt in Midoriâs mind that Jordan coming back had to have a difficult choice. She knew that this choice had nothing to do with her; coming back or leaving. He probably would have stayed if she was the only factor. But life shit on them. Often, Midori wondered if she had done something in a previous life to warrant the life that she now lived. She knew that if she could get out of this area that she might have a fighting chance at a semblance of a normal life. But she was still a mess that used her young looks to get what she needed. Her mother had taught her that much.
She scrunched her nose up at his mention of his father had summoned him back to talk. She knew that the two got on better than Jordan did with his mother. Which was understandable. But she had never got the indication that they had been close. Jordan had still answered and come all the way from the United States to see his father on the deathbed. Which was more than Midori ever would have done for either one of her parents?
No, if they demanded her at their death bed sheâd probably pull the plug on them both.
âI donât know why parents do that, but itâs not to make you feel better. Itâs so that they can leave this world without feeling guilty. Or, if theyâre religious, then they made their amends and forgave themselves,â Midori said. She knew she sounded bitter. Parents and conversations of them were a sore subject. She didnât trust them and she never wanted to become one.

Taekwoon is only gone for merely a minute and the club already start brawling among each other. He place his palm over his face not knowing why people favor his club whenever they want to have a fight. His dark eyes annoyingly eyed the bouncer and with a simple motion of his head nodding towards the direction, both two big build start to interfere in hope of ending the fight. He could only roll his eyes watching the scene unfold as he take a cigarette out, lighting it up and take a small puff before blowing the smoke up in the air.
His attention avert to the side when he heard a glass crashing on the ground. Taekwoon curse at it. âYou asshole, thatâs gonna cause me a lot of money!â even so he seem rather oblivious of his customer safety, as a owner the glass and alcohol and just the club itself is a hard thing to manage. Thatâs when he notice a small figure crawling down in between the brawl lost in it and thatâs when he make a move. Jumping off the counter, he landed his clench fist onto a stranger face when he sees the man almost crash the girl. âWatch out asshole, you almost crush her!â Taekwoon was fast enough to grab a hold of her hand and tugged her close to him. âDo you have a death wish or what, huh beautiful?â he asked as he look at the beauty wrapped around his arm.
There were so many moving bodies that all Tiffany could do was crawl on the floor and hope she didnât end up trying to move on glass. If it wasnât for the man intervening than she probably would have broken something with the way that the stranger was moving above her in such an aggressive manner. He was heavier than her and she was not in a good position to get crushed by someone. She had let out a small noise of panic before she was being saved by the attractive man in front of her.
âThank you, you just saved my ass from⌠I donât know, being squished,â she breathed out, relieved to be out of the fray. She was close to the man that had saved her, and she knew it wasnât entirely to keep her safe from the continued arguments among the fighters. Tiffany was a bit afraid to move away from him. He was much stronger than she was, and the people seemed to be taking directions from him.
âNo death wish, I just ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time,â Tiffany laughed. She may have been drunk but she didnât have a desire to end up with broken fingers.

He turn his body facing his friend, Kyungsoo as his eyes stares deeply into the other dark hazel orbs. Silently, calling for help that have been years gone unnoticed. âKyungsoo, it didnât stop!â his voice crack while one of his hand grab a hold of his friendâs arm. âAt the unused locker room of our headquarters..â Youngjae feel his lip dry, wave of tears swarm in his heart. He have been wanting to tell about this to someone, anyone, especially Kyungsoo. But he was too afraid if ever his leakage will jeopardize Kyungsoo career. He squeezes the male arm, eyes not leaving his sight. ââŚ.be careful, Kyungsooâ he told him gently, yet his eyes burn with hatred for every memories that entered his brain of that locker room.Â
âI saw him that night before all this started, I donât know for how long he have done it but I saw him planting evident in someone else bodyâ he tried calming his nerve of going against the male he was afraid the most, the Chief Police Officer. âHe used it against me, he knows he have the advantage, the leverage just because he have a position when Iâm only a trainee officer..â a single tear drop down the side of his cheek before he could stop it. His life have been miserable ever since, he remember the first big dream of his to become a policemen so he could arrest the bad guy and become a hero, but he was so naive when the world of law and order have their own under the table business, deal, politics and dirtiness. âI give him the permission, I allowed it to happen all along..â his face wrench with disgust against himself, the whole deal and his own naivety.
Youngjae lean his forehead against Kyungsoo shoulder, closing his eyes. âI only want to become a policemen that helps those who needs help. I studied very well and graduated with big ambition of becoming a good policemen. Yet, he ruined it and I allow itâ he couldnât dare told Kyungsoo; his raise was due to the payment he made with the Chief. His innocence violated and used against him, for nobody would believe him inside the headquarters. ââŚIf you need evidence, Iâll let myself be the targetâŚâ Youngjae was desperate, desperate for help for just about anybody to believe in him. ââŚplease just believe me..â
âIâm not going to allow you to be the target of this investigation. Because they will dig through your entire history to try to find anything that can be used against you. They will take your sexuality and turn it against you. Theyâll make it seem as though that obviously makes you consent to what was happening,â Kyungsoo said, a frown coming onto his face. He had seen that happen too many times to people that truly didnât deserve it. They were the ones that were on trial instead of the person that had committed the crime. If the man was planting evidence, then he was an enormous danger. And it was going to be a huge pain in the ass. He probably didnât do it every single time, but it would cause every case that he was ever a part of to be brought into question. Was there planted evidence? That would have to be questioned the entire way.
âItâs not uncommon for men of high up positions to use that position for sex. He used his position to get what he wanted from you. Even more so because he knows how badly you want to do good. At some point, thatâs what all policemen want. Itâs no excuse for what he does, but they often end up doing something morally repugnant,â he said, drinking some more. He was already thinking of the different contacts he could start talking to get information. He knew that in order to indict a chief of police he was going to have a solid case. And no one could know, other than internal affairs, that this was happening.
He reached up and gently carded fingers through Youngjaeâs hair. It was a comforting gesture because he knew that was what the younger needed. âNothing is going to bring this back to you. I believe you, one hundred percent.â

Haejin is in his casual clothing with torn jeans on the knees and a simple blue denim shirt seated before her to hear her thoughts out. He was a one-time-thing, surely even so she pinpoint of it wonât happen again seem to be not the case that night where he could feel how much she enjoys it. As the mental image of him holding her that night cross by, he couldnât help but cough in clearing his throat. To him, she was beautiful. Her voice sounded so amazing and the way their body met each other is perfect; but this thoughts is his alone it seems. âMaybe you have forgotten about it but I have to be honest, I enjoy it so muchâ is it rude of him to say such thing? He quickly shake his head. â..No, please donât misunderstand my words. I meant it when I say I love itâ he tries to rephrase his words but seems to not be delivering his true message.
âIâm sorryâŚâ he apologize to her suddenly. His dark hazel orbs staring right at her in the face. âIt was selfish of me to take advantage of you, I didnât ask for your consent and just let my lust overcome me instead of my rationalityâ he was sincere, looking at how panic she gotten over the fact that they have a night stand. âIâll treat it like it never happen if it make you feel betterâ offered Haejin. âLetâs start again, with the correct method this time..â he added shortly after. âIâm Haejin, Kim Haejin â an interior design studentâ he lied not wanting to expose his real identity of being a company heir.
It was difficult to deny that they werenât compatible, at least sexually. She had enjoyed herself and if she was able to be freer, then she probably would have done it again. But she wasnât that type of girl. There was nothing that type of girl, but she wasnât one of them. She was twenty-seven years old and she was too old to be just going with the flow like those that were in their twenties. âI know that I consented to what was happening. I think that we were both taking advantage of the ability of one another. And⌠Iâm not mad. But Iâm not normally someone that gets involved in one-night stands.â
She had been hesitant when they met up again, thinking that he would just want to do it again. She had still shown up though, so she couldnât be entirely innocent of entering this situation.
It was strange, but she didnât believe him on what he did. Or, at least, she didnât think it was the whole truth. She was used to how rich people acted, and he acted like a lot of the ones that she knew. She pushed some of her light brown hair out of her eyes and kept her eyes on the male before her.
âItâs nice to meet you, Haejin. Iâm Choi Aera. Iâm a secretary at Kim Holdings,â she said, which was understating her role. She worked for the CEO of the company. She was his personal secretary. And no, there was never any of the weird stereotype moments between them. They were professional.

for @conqueens from Gigi.
âIâve started crying in my sleep because Iâm dreaming of cutting onions,â Gigi said, resting her cheek on her knee as she sat at the kitchen table. She figured that these dreams were a sign that she was working far too much. She needed to relax a little bit. She thought that bringing the other to her apartment was a good way to relax on her week off. Saving up vacation time was very easy when you didnât have much of a life outside of the restaurant. Even though it had been a few years out of culinary school, she still wanted to make a name for herself.
âI needed some time to just⌠Chill. And because youâre my favorite person in the world, I wanted to spend that time with you,â she said, laying it on thick so that they wouldnât be able to get out of it. They did happen to be her favorite person, but she usually didnât say things like that out loud. She kept emotions close. Â

for @artfcialve  from tiffany jung.
It had been a bad idea for Tiffany to end up at a club. She was trying to stop being an addict, she was trying to recover and just be a good girl. Like she had been before she had gotten entangled with the rich and the reckless. But turning back to that girl was easier said than done. Especially when she had so much money and could spend it on whatever she wanted. Buying a few drinks that evening; she wasnât quite drunk. Everything was loud and she was on her own.
A fight had broken out in the middle of the club, as would be expected. What she wasnât expecting was to somehow end up in the middle of it. She didnât know anyone that belonged to the shoving hands and she certainly didnât know whoever had decided to sink teeth into the palm of her hand. It was such an odd experience that it didnât even register at first. But then she screamed and had fallen on the ground.
It was humiliating, but she had to crawl to keep from being stomped on. Even if she hadnât had a single drink that night there was no way that she was sober enough for this.

âI donât normally do things like that. I am not someone that usually goes home with someone. I did that night, but donât think that Iâm going to ask for a repeat,â Aera said, hoping to sound a lot more put together than the night that they had slept together. She had been drunk â not enough that it impeded her ability to consent and understand â and she had done something out of character.
The part that she struggled with was that she had enjoyed the experience. Thoroughly. She didnât have many chances to just let herself enjoy something. She was wound tight and hard-working. That was pretty much what her entire job was based around. She didnât usually drink, but she had been weak that night. She had been driven into the ground by a bossy CEO and rude co-workers.

crxxkedyovngâ:
it wasnât the easiest of things to get used to, and it had sure as hell taken itâs time. the first few years hadnât been easy. they were mostly spent with finch rarely wanting to go outside, wallowing in his own sadness because it hurt. it hurt to suddenly lose his sight, and at that moment.. heâd really thought that that was the end of everything he wanted to do. it was only when his brother and parents started encouraging him out again and his therapy started paying off that he really started getting back to who he was once more. heâs different now, for sure, but heâs doing his best.Â
âiâm glad you had him at least. we both had our brothers to rely on then,â he hums softly, smiling a little but nodding his head in response to her comment. âapparently not. it sucks really. we were both so younger after all, to have that suddenly happen.. but at least you have your job now!â which was just finch, always looking on the bright side of things because someone had to anyway.Â
he listens silently to her, soft smile, a little sad, on his features. âsame for meâ finley never stopped blaming himself for the accident though, but i live with him now and heâs been the biggest help honestly. i just feel sorry for him.â his brother.. had never gotten over his guilt, and it hurt finch to know that he probably never would either. âoh come on, we might have been messes but itâs our presence that counts. either way, iâm here nowâ itâs just for the summer, but iâll give you my number?â when he feels her hand though, finch reaches out a little more, fingers tracing her skin on instinct. he feels the scar, fingers trailing over it gently, but he quietly takes her hand then instead and squeezes softly, reassuringly.
âI imagine it was probably terrifying to him to be the cause of you losing your sight. It probably meant a lot to him that you didnât hold onto anger and blame him. Itâs one thing for him to blame himself but having other people blame him would have been⌠I feel like I need to give Finley a hug,â she said, shaking her head. She didnât know what his reaction to her drastic change in appearance would be. Probably what she usually got when people were expecting something different (like Sungohâs attempt to get her dating); staring and a lot of small talk to try and pretend that they werenât doing that. Â
âHow come you decided to come here for the summer?â She asked. She tried not to flinch when she felt the soft pads of fingers tracing along her palm. Suji didnât get a lot of physical contact from people. Other than her brother American football-style tackling her into thankfully soft spaces. Or her mom, sometimes. The scar on her palm was one of the less serious ones, but it was still raised and thick. The worst, as far as she could tell, was one of the scars on her back. âAre you trying to read my palm? The only thing I need to know is if Iâm going to be rich.â
This was an awkward attempt to hide her own discomfort. She was aware that he could see right through her, he always had been able to. She wasnât pulling her hand away because she knew Finch and knew that this was at least showing she wasnât lying to him. Not trying to make him feel less like the damaged kid from the neighborhood.
âI would like to see you this summer. I have odd hours depending on what needs to be done. Sometimes I spend twelve hours trying to get edits over with. Sometimes I work three hours looking over pages for the magazine. We just finished up the big back to school issue. So Iâll be around quite a bit.â Â

âI donât know what youâre talking about. Well, I do. But itâs nothing that you need to worry about. Iâve been spacing out a lot lately and I donât remember what I say when I space out. Itâs just because I havenât been sleeping well,â Taeyeon said, applying concealer under her eyes, trying to hide the dark shadows. She hadnât been able to sleep well for a long time. She was exhausted; emotionally, physically, spiritually. But she canât talk about the whispers late at night or the scratches she finds on her body. Places that she couldnât have been the perpetrator.
She didnât know what the creature said when she was in that dark space. All she knew was that she couldnât do anything about it. It was stronger than her, impossibly so. There was no way that one small girl could do anything to stop itâs rampage.
