Feeling good did 2nd day of 28 days sculpt
Apart from it I am doing some low impact cardio!
Trying to stay active and hydrated thought the day
Trying to be aware of my tendency of using food as a coping mechanism, also not doing extreme deits
Trying to be productive
Drinking lots of green tea
Taking proper sleep
Eager to see the change

Day 18 : took a really good rest
Did streching and yoga , ate a lot of good food. Watched a lot of anime . Got some work done.
Completed 21 days tone!!
Now from tomorrow I am looking forward to 28 days shred challenge blogilates.
This is my start of a new journey and I am not expecting it to be perfect but hoping to create a good balance.

I am eating proper meals again
But I also ate a packet of biscuits and did a lot of bjnge eating, I kind of eat sometime out of boredom sometimes out of anxiety.
But I eat and feel bad from inside as my body doeent feel good

Day 17 : did cardio tone from 21days tone! Tomorrow is the last day of it! Can't wait to start something new!
I have decided not to starve myself, therefore have proper meals.
Also I am getting more flexible and strong :) really happy about that.
And am being more productive too, getting new good habits!

Just found knew that you want to learn data analysis while you are majored in psychology. I am also majored in Arabic language and literature but I want to be a data analyst :))
I'm struggling right now with statistics and data visualization on excel 🤦 this is so hard!

Day 16 of my 90 day journey: I am almost at the end of my 21 days tone!
Did the abs workout, and over the time doing homework outs I think I developed my body better at home than i did at gym! I layed the foundation well now.
Not to forget that recently started doing yoga with adriene regularly, bakasana getting better I once held for few seconds and am also in middle of my headstand progression. I kind of achieved splits too! My body is quiet flexible and would like to try new things for more flexibility..
I have decided that after 21 days tone I will start 28 days summer shred of blogilates.
And yes I need to treat myself better.
*starving is not good!
*do eat your lunch nicely please
*eat if you are really hungry in the morning orelse you can't study! You need to be able to think in order to get things done!
*walk after every meal
*don't overwork yourself in the morning 35 min -60 min workout! Period
*do squats and glute workout( 10 min around ) evening
*streching and yoga before sleep as it really helps.
*remember you are not a bad person for putting yourself before others. It's okay not be someone else's version of best you. Treat others with respect and yourself too.

Day 12: today I woke up early streched warmedup
But somehow it was pretty hard for me to begin the workout as I was not in a good mental. space so I rolled back into my blanket .
After doing my classes, in my break I finally did the 21min cardio challenge, thankfully my lab got cancelled.
also I ate a lot of sweets and lot of emotional eating. I need to develop healthier coping mechanism, but what to do whenever such situation arisises I am not motivated to anything and food is my only option, thankfully this time I stopped before over overeating 😂😂😅😄😃😀😅
So anyways gonna try to get back to sleep early after the evening classes

things to do during the stay at home order
Bake something that you have never made before. I love flipping through old recipe books, searching for delicious treats.
Journal. I use it to write up a list of all the things I want to do each day, declare my dreams, plan out my vision and track my wellness habits. I think journalling in the morning has really helped me set the tone for the rest of my day.
Meditate - sit, be still and devote time to listening to your breath.
Make some popcorn, add your own toppings (be creative!) and have a movie marathon.
Listen to an album from start to finish without doing anything else. Or find a playlist that resonates with what you are feeling on 8 Tracks or on Spotify.
Do a grocery shop at your favourite organic grocers and splurge on something you don’t have very often.
Start a herb garden that will sit on your windowsill. This is perfect for small apartments. Also, most herbs are quite hardy and will last throughout the year.
Create a mixed tape or playlists for all your different moods and occasions. I have ones for running, yoga, studying and working.
Rearrange your wardrobe and discover old clothes again.
Clean and organize things around your home. Try using Marie Kondo’s KonMari method for decluttering in order to spark joy!
Create a calming space in your home for working on your hobbies or projects.
Paint, draw, sketch, write - let your emotions and intuition guide you to with this one.
Make a terrarium from a selection of succulents and moss.
Create a Pinterest board to help visualize and bring your next adventure to life.
Make an Acai bowl or smoothie bowl, topped with fruit, yogurt, super foods and granola.
Light a candle, take a relaxing bath - try adding some essential oils and herbs like sage, camomile or peppermint!
Do a face mask.
Roll out your mat and do yoga to rejuvenate, energize and relax. If you need a guided yoga practice that you can find online, I highly recommend Yoga With Tim.
Think of 50 questions that you want the answers and consult Wikipedia.
Rearrange things in your room using Feng Shui to bring more light, flow and harmonious energy to your space.
Give an old chest of drawers some fresh paint or replace the door knobs in your house with vintage ones.
Give yourself a mini retreat weekend - eat healthy food, spoil yourself and really relax!
Sleep, doze or power nap as much as you need to. Read more about sleeping in my post How to Hibernate.
Sip a cup of tea and look out the window.
Catch up on all your favourite blog posts.
Give yourself a manicure - try a different styles like Leopard prints, marbling effects, dots etc.
Wake up early to see the sunrise. Or make time at dusk to catch the sunset.
Study. I love studying in my spare time. Sign up for online courses on any topic you have an interest to learn more about.
Take a photo to depict each hour in your day.
Make a gratitude list. I just add to this list over time and whenever I feel unhappy, I read through it. It instantly cheers me up and puts things into perspective.

I also did the crow pose from yoga with adriene and it getting better , today's form was better than yesterday!
