Officially completed week 2 of Sheiko. Words cannot explain the effort and exhaustion (not to mention fulfillment and complete sense of accomplishment!) upon finishing a sessions of this. It's either bench/squat or bench/deadlift three times a week, and a little bit of added accessory work but for the most part it's 8-20 sets of 1-8. Which is very broad, but I can't say I've ever done this much volume before. By the time the workouts over (2 ish hours) I'm fully done. It hurts, but it's a good hurt. Starting maxes: Bench: 150lbs Squat: 220lbs Deadlift: 275lbs So we'll see how 4 weeks of Sheiko affects these values and go from there. Can't wait to see the progress!
