Can we get a hybrid of him pretty please? He's my favorite of the bunch ☆

I was planning to include him in the Marines' Hybrid Au post, but that one has uhhh... been taking me a while to write. :`) Since you're so excited, though (and since the full post is fighting me still...), I'll give an early preview in the form of Kuzan's Hybrid Au info!

Kuzan/Aokiji — Snowy Albatross

Physical

Has large, feathered wings with a massive wingspan; large even next to his already impressive height. The feathers are white, with bits of black around the tips and wing edges. 

More patches of feathers scattered across his body (especially on his shoulders and upper back) have the same snowy-white coloring as the main ones.

He also has a short, white-feathered tail. It’s mostly feathers forming a blunt, square-ish shape, with only a small stump underneath.

He can maintain flight for longer than most bird hybrids (since his wings are meant for gliding/extended time in the air), but actually doing so still comes with the price of sore muscles afterward. His back and shoulders will suffer after too much time spent in the air.

Cloaca instead of external penis and testicles, with a small bump near the upper edge that resembles a glans in appearance and sensitivity.

Behavioral

The migratory, ever-moving nature of his hybrid species means that staying in one place for too long can leave him feeling restless and “trapped”. When he’s forced to be too stationary, his mood starts to plummet, leading to lethargy and irritable behavior. 

Very sensitive to wind, temperature changes, and weather. Likes to be outside as often as possible, since being shut off from those things feels wrong. 

Despite how visually impressive his wings are, he finds them more annoying than anything— both a nuisance to take care of, and constantly in his way when not in use.

Although he has some degree of nesting instinct in him, the urge doesn’t strike very often. Not particularly territorial, either.

His molts are “partial”, meaning that he only loses and regrows a few feathers at a time. There’s a pattern to it, with feathers falling out in a certain order each year. While this makes the whole process less awful, even a few pin feathers are still miserably uncomfortable.

Because @writing-and-rebloging INSISTED I post this, here's a silly little headcanon list of "Cipher Pol & Embroidery: Best to Worst". Who's Who is included for funsies, and because I adore the dynamic of "he was little shit besties with Jabra before The Incident".

BEST

Kumadori — Good at it, actually!! The hair control technique means he's at least familiar with fine details, so he's managing quite well once he learns the stitches.

Blueno — He's good at it in a "brain off, hands on" kind of way. So long as he has a pattern to follow, he's good at matching the directions, and his actual stitching skill improves quickly. Can't freehand ANYTHING, however.

Kaku — Pretty decent overall. To be specific, he's great at straight stitches, but anything curved or complicated immediately goes to shit. Manages pretty well until Jabra laughs at him.

Kalifa — She's... okay at it?? Really nothing special. Likes making colorful, kind of surreal little patterns, like rainbow-colored "bubbles" that look more like messy circles of color and overlapping thread. Her skills are workable, but her taste in design is kinda weird.

Fukurou — He's not great at the actual embroidery part, but he's so excited to sit around and gossip that he ends up liking it A LOT. Makes all kinds of (sort of ugly) projects while non-stop talking to whoever is trapped with him.

Jabra — He highkey sucks at it, honestly. He probably could do better if he actually tried, but he's more likely to be goofing off with Who's Who or picking fights with Kaku than making any effort to improve. Only participates so he's not left out.

Lucci — ....not great at it, but he's trying. Or more like, once he gets a simple enough bird pattern, he's immersed. Embroiders a bunch of blobby, misshapen little white birds with top hats, and is soooo proud of himself.

Who's Who — Embroidery takes far more patience than he possesses, and every little finger prick makes him grumpier and less motivated to keep trying. He's much more inclined to sneak peeks at other people's work (and then start fights by picking on it).

Spandam — Oh no. Oh no. He's going to stab himself in the hands/fingers every thirty seconds, at least. He can manage MAYBE five stitches before the thread irreparably tangles. He has to use dark fabrics and threads only because he'll bleed on them and ruin anything lighter. Save him.

Depends on who he's making it for! In other words, when he's cooking for someone precious to him, his favorite is whatever they'll most enjoy eating!

Whenever I get a head ache, I imagine my head as a walnut. Then someone comes over with a nut cracker and cracks open the walnut. It makes me feel a bit better(emotionally, my head still hurts).

....seems helpful. Comedy does usually reduce the misery of a situation, so like, valid. I support this strategy. 👍
