This is quite a random ask, but I just want to say that I'm glad you're pricing your work realistically. I see that you are a professional, so you know what your work is worth, and it's really uplifting to see someone who values their time on here! This site is so limiting to artists because of the expectations of super low prices, so good on you. Set an example for aspiring artists to value their work!

hi kyle, are the commissions exclusively for animations or can i commission a sprite by itself?

I can do a sprite by itself; it would probably be cheaper too lol

To give you a rough estimate of costs I’ll be charging per hour when it comes to animation. The more detailed the animation, the higher the price.

Sorry they’ve been closed for half a year; If all my slots are full I will advertise it on my main page.

Hi! Ca I ask how one gets a job using one of those OptiTrack, Motion capture suits? I'd be interested working with a video game company doing motion capture for characters

Monolith and Rockstar among a few of them have their animators do all the motion work and cleanup. As far as I know there isn’t any separation between the two in games (like there is in film)

I got into doing pixel art about a year ago and I've been practicing since, I just wanted to say that your animations are a huge inspiration for me! That kind of stuff is where I want to eventually be one day :)

Your work inspired me to continue drawing, thank you very much. But my question is, you draw each scene yourself, or use puppets?

All drawn, though I’ve been using other software like UE4′s cascade browser to do effects (like the particles from the mercy gif)
