I'm about to start going off on people who tag their shit as "traditional witchcraft" inappropriately.
Your pastel moon-water poster is not traditional witchcraft. It's not even witchcraft, its New Age nonsense perpetuated by some of the worst authors published presently. How many people go and put water under the moon because they saw some post telling them to, and then come begging people like me to tell them what to do with their "moon water." I can't fucking tell you what to do with that shit, it's old water that's probably got some mold in it because of how long you let it sit.
Mojo Bags are not traditional witchcraft. They're not even witchcraft. They're from Hoodoo and Rootworkers, and their creation and process of working is not the same as the creation of charm or hex bags. There are specific rules about Mojo Bags that do not apply to charm bags and vice versa. Calling Mojo Bags witchcraft is ignoring their history and the tradition from which they sprang, a tradition that belongs to POC. If you are white and tagging rootwork or Hoodoo as traditional witchcraft just to get followers, you are actively contributing to cultural appropriation and confusion.
Your "love and light" meditation is not traditional witchcraft.
Your astrological reading is not traditional witchcraft.
YOUR CHOPSTICK AND HOT GLUE GLITTER WAND IS NOT TRADITIONAL WITCHCRAFT.
Not. All. Forms. Of. Spirituality. Are. Witchcraft. Stop. Trying. To. Erase. People. And. Their. Practices.
Quit with the fucking gentrification of spirituality. And Quit Fucking Incorrectly Tagging Your Shit!
Do not start throwing your rotten garbage into our bin just because yours is overflowing.

guess i should introduce myself
hi, i’m eevee!! i’m 23 years old, my pronouns are they/them, and i’ve been practicing witchcraft lightly since i was 19 and recently started getting serious with it. i struggled a lot with finding my path, as a lot of resources don’t acknowledge the amount of cultural appropriation they engage in, and after finding out that my great grandmother practiced celtic paganism, it opened so many doors for me. this is a safe space for LGBT and POC witches, and an anti-wicca zone.
what does anti-wicca mean? wicca, as a religion, is based mainly on cultural appropriation and i’ve seen it mainly a way for white girls who call themselves witches to talk over POC in the name of “good vibes.” i don’t do that here.
if i post/reblog anything problematic, PLEASE feel free to call me out and i will do the necessary research to prevent it from happening again. i want my blog to be a space where everyone can be safe to practice.
hexes/curses/jinxes are encouraged but pls protect yourself first and foremost.
lastly, DNI list:
MAPs (get your pedo ass away from me)
wiccans (as explained above, i don’t want you here)
transphobes
terfs/swerfs
rule of 3 purists
christians (even if you support witchcraft for others, i have religious trauma. please respect that)
self harm/thinspo blogs
traumacore blogs
minors
here’s some pictures of my rats as a thank you for reading this far 💖
