US people with disabilities in the supplemental security income (SSI) program can't have a penny over $2K in their bank account at any time in order to keep their benefits.

You know this economy. That amount is completely unlivable & makes it hard for people with disability to save for the future or have a safety net for emergencies.

A new bill would raise the max to $10K (or $20K for married couples). It would make a world of difference.

Hey everyone, it's been awhile since I made a text post.

I've certainly not been as talkative recently as I once was. Obviously a lot has changed... everywhere... to say the least.

For those of you who are still here with me after all these years (or are new to me and my work), I sincerely thank you for sticking around and continuing to enjoy what I do, or waiting for updates on the projects you enjoy from me.

Despite my introvertedness and lack of energy, there's still this spark in me that wishes to connect and share with you all. But these days, it's best to not have all your eggs in one basket and so I've been considering other alternatives in hopes of recapturing a sense of community that has been lost in recent times.

I'm interested in trying some other places I haven't yet given a chance to, such as Discord and was seeking your thoughts on such platforms.

I'm familiar with Discord but haven't ever jumped into it, and I've heard in recent months there was some controversy involving privacy and such, so before I get invested, I wanted to know the thoughts of those who know it well, and if you think you'd be potentially interested in joining a sever of mine if I decided to go down that path?

I always try and post a pic of these two for Valentine’s Day, And I realized that this is the first image I’ve ever completed/shared of them actually kissing.

Took me long enough, huh? Ok in my defense it’s only because I never wanted to get ahead of myself by sharing stuff that hadn’t yet happened in the story, (yes they’ve kissed in the story I know.. I’ve been real busy, ok? D:< ) that’s the only reason why there isn’t more erotic content of them shared yet.

Until things pick up in the story, I don’t wanna spoil it by sharing visual content of it first.

I think I’m saying too much. >_> … who am I kidding, you know where this story is leading. I’ve kinda always wondered about that actually - how you guys might feel once things get more mature. I obviously can’t share that stuff on DA (written story content included) and now that they’ve killed Tumblr it would seem FA would be the most appropriate place to submit such content I suppose. I actually did the sketch for this drawing last Valentine’s Day (2019), which is the reason why I was able to get it finished so soon after that monster of a project movie scene I submitted a couple weeks ago. I’m fighting real hard to get myself back on track and post more consistently again. I’ve got a hell of a lot of things I need to get done and it’s just real overwhelming at times. Anyway, Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! Ahh I’m just really loving how this one came out.   ❤❤❤

Never posted this one over here… well here it is now!

Muora and Ala from my ongoing story - “Everything Under the Stars” dedicated to my love, HFalcon for his birthday today (April 3rd). He didn’t want to consider this as a gift per say, as I’ve wanted to do a romantic piece of them for a long time in general (Heather and Neelix can’t hog all the attention), but since I created both Muora and Ala for him so he’d have a more personal involvement in the story, I consider projects involving them to be gifts by default.

I fought with this one a bit because of the BG elements. I’m in the middle of designing their quarters in proper detail and since it’s unfinished I kinda had to wing some things for this piece to make a proper setting for now. Though the specifics haven’t been mentioned in detail “yet”, Ala’s species is a bit delicate and requires a lot of special care that not just anyone can provide for her, and I’d like to show what her care requires later on. I also figured I’d include a small description of both characters here for new viewers and as a refresher for long time fans of the story (since y'all forgot Sniffs even existed D:< ). ■ Muora Reserved yet calculating, Muora is a reptilian alien and owner of the entire Entertainment District (Disc 2) of the space station. Most assume he is a crime lord due to those he associates with, and some even consider him the de facto leader of the station because of his powerful influence (to the Overseer’s dismay). He garners this reputation mostly out of fear; large, intimating, and wealthy, with a temper only Ala can tame, most would not dare mess with him lest they find themselves tossed out an air lock. Despite this, there is a softer side to him that very few ever get to see, and those he chooses to work with on a personal level have undeniable trust and loyalty to him that is equally returned. ■ Ala A calm and patient personality, Ala is aquatic in nature and both mate and slave to Muora, the latter due to political circumstances out of their control. Despite her status, Muora considers her his equal, and the bond they share together is unbreakable. She tends to Muora’s clubs as barkeep, a position she enjoys, along with evaluating new dancers and entertainers for the clubs - her judgment is particularly valued due to her species’ natural ability at sensing the subtle yet varied pheromones of others, being capable of discerning their true feelings and intentions. Because of this, and her natural kind hearted personalty, she can be very sympathetic to the trouble’s of others and tends to offer advice or a shoulder to lean on in their time of need.

For a size reference of the two, (I’m in the middle of creating an updated character size chart) Muora is roughly (might change slightly as I fiddle with the chart) 10 feet 5 inches (320.04 cm), and Ala 6 feet 7 inches (204.216 cm).

Well, more like an inbetweener illustration for Ch 21 over to 22. Things are amiss now, aren’t they? Time to take advantage of the situation while the night’s events are still fresh on everyone’s minds…

I wonder where we’ve seen this individual before… mö̴̱́re than̴̰̳̏ͅ onc̴̙͎̝͆͆͝ę̷̯͕̀.

My characters Heather and Sniffs chilling out in some random location on the station. Listened to the song - TheFatRat ft. Laura Brehm - MAYDAY while working on this one.

This is more art/illustration focused than being related to any specific scene from the story.

I also usually like to try and post something on my birthday (more like I use certain special dates as a form of motivation to get something completed) - and this was another one I started last year (summer 2018) that was at least worked on enough for me to take some time and finish up for today.

Also graffiti and industrial environments - gonna be seeing more of that in the near future, I think. ♥

Mewtwo : Night Flight

Mewtwo is on his way to find something… someone. This one has been sitting around in my WIP folder since December of last year.. OTL. Been slowly working on it here and there between other projects because I’m a bit.. uh, behind on a lot of stuff. Which is why I’m able to post more lately bc most of my WIP work is almost complete. The silver lining..?

Anyway, this could be a stand alone illustration or a lead up from my previous animated scene I did >> [Here] <<  for @h-falcon ’s fanfic story “The Joy of Joy” (which yes I am still working on the comic version of that project… it’s just a lot of work so it’s taking me a while.. >_>;;; ), where after Mewtwo discovers Joy is no longer at the previous Pokemon Center, he takes off to return to Johto in search of her.

I have a couple other lead up teaser illustrations like this one that will show him on his journey before finally leading up to the comic’s opening page. WHICH I am very excited about finally sharing it. I’ve put so much work and love into the project and it means a lot to me to finally get some of those pages posted.

I also wanted to mention that I am just really happy with how this turned out. I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of time over the last year and a half studying the hell out of OG anime Mewtwo’s design. It is both Falcon and my absolute favorite interpretation of him, that getting him as accurate as I can was so important to us both, but it didn’t come easy… I hadn’t done an anime art style in years… and OG anime Mewtwo is deceivingly difficult to draw accurately, especially when even in the movie how he is drawn can shift from scene to scene at times, with a lot of specific angles I love to draw, are never being shown at all. Trying to interpret how the original animators might have done him from a specific angle has been a challenge, to say the least… 

Oh, and I wanted to share a song/video that we came across last year that has been really inspirational and motivating, and a perfect song, I think, for this particular illustration and the project, and hell… life in general, really. A fan did an AMV for the CG remake of the 1st movie using the song “What Are You Waiting For?” by Nickelback on YT (and I don’t wanna hear the internet meme hate for that band plz… god if I don’t already know what the internet thinks of them..). I’d link it but Tumblr hates outgoing links.

Some more fan art of Director Clavell / クラベル校長  (as he appears in Pokemon Scarlet) as I absolutely love drawing him and he’s my fav Pokemon SV character. I definitely have more fanarts planned with him (and several of the other SV characters, too).

This one took a lot longer than I had planned, as it started off as a ¾ body illustration on the same canvas as my previous Nemona drawing (you might remember the WIP I posted while ago of a cropped shot of the two of them), and I was only gonna do some basic windows behind him… but it evolved into a full body + background in the end because I couldn’t help myself. OTL

Since I spent so much time on this with all the little details everywhere, I’ll be sure to post some close ups, too.

Here’s hoping we get to see him in the Pokemon Horizons Anime. *fingers crossed* 🍊 🧡 We’re finally in Paldea! I’m so excited.
