I wanna share an Idea that will probably never be done... but I'd so be game to watch/listen to if it existed... TwT know how there's Character x Listener videos? What if someone made some for Ikkan?! ;w; I swear if someone made some for Ikkan... providing it's not dirty and/or has got erm... the stuff that is not safe for work in it, I'd love to listen to it jdskbdjskvbjdsk So many popular characters out there have "x listeners" which isn't a bad thing, it's a good thing bc many fans will get to hear their fave character talk to them... As for those who love obscure characters, we don't really get that blessing... ;w; Ah well, maybe someday I could commission someone or make my own "Ikkan x Listener"? (Dunno if I will) but if I did, Ikkan's voice would either be that memey Daniel TTS voice or it just be read on the screen, bc my feminine voice couldn't dare reach the deep, husky pitch that Ikkan is well known for fjdbvfdkjvbjfdk

RANDOM SPLATBAND THEORY?! SPECULATION?! OUT OF NOWHERE

Now... what crazy theory has my brainrotted brain come up with?! (dunno if like... you'd call it a theory but like, I'm just speculating but just here me out) WHAT IF YOKO

WAS LIKE... IKKAN'S DAUGHTER?! (or related to him somehow) The reason why I'm speculating this is well... she looks kinda similar to him in some ways. (look at her facial features... the smol eyebrows, the eyemask, her nose, etc.) plus the fact that in the Valentine's artwork, we can clearly see Ikkan peeping from outside the window... could make sense he'd do that if he was her father you know... just checking in and making sure she's ok plus the members of Ink Theory have been stated to have learned music since childhood, and that their music is popular with young and middle aged inklings.... and if Yoko was Ikkan's daughter, I can definitely see her getting a love of music from him since Ikkan himself is very passionate about music (and tbh I could see Ikkan being a middle aged man) I know these ideas are being shared very sloppily and maybe it isn't canon but... I could see it making sense if it was canon it's just something I wanted to share with my fellow Splatband enthusiasts lol

A very random ramble about fiction ideas... some which might could turn into fanfics lol

As a person who enjoys writing, I've made a few fanfics and a few original pieces of writing in my time... Funny, when I first started being on the internet, I didn't really fancy myself as a writer... but now? I think it's one of my passions... or at least, writing ties into my passion of creating characters, and building worlds for them. Whether that be some fanon (like Splatoon or Pokemon, ect) or my own original work. Creating or thinking about characters/fictional worlds is something that I think about on a daily basis, whether that entails trying to create fiction, or simply enjoying a walk through the realms of my imagination lol. I have all sorts of random ideas in mind... some that could have fanfic potential, and others are just dumb thoughts ig. These random ideas that could potentially be crafted into stories/scenarios include: A dumb fic/scenario idea of how my Undertale/Deltarune sona (who's a snow woman monster), might meet North Star/Starlo from UTY... Perhaps him and his family could be selling corn to the residents of Snowdin, in which my sona would get to know him as they sell their corn there... She'd get a huge dumb crush on him, but wait for him to ask her out because she's old fashioned... Later on, she notices that he's rather happy. And when she asks him why, he ends up telling her that he and his childhood crush are finally going out. Cue my sona to making a friendly/not rude excuse to go back home and then once returning home, proceeding to cry of heartbreak... In the end, this works for the best, because my sona prolly couldn't handle the climate of the dunes lol. (she also does her best to be happy for Starlo and Ceroba lol... after she mourns her heartbreak) ....I'd like to imagine the my sona and Starlo remain as friends by the end of the fic

And of course another fic idea I have that I would love to attempt is a Side Order fic... We honestly don't know much about Splatoon 3's Side Order yet BUT I'M HOPING AGENT 4 GETS CAUGHT UP IN IT... It would make for some great angst between Cryo and Tom. (Tom is my Agent 4 lol) ....Like perhaps Tom and Nestor (my Agents 4 and 8) would be going to Inkopolis Square for old time's sake or something.... Then the events of Side Order happens. Perhaps Tom and Nestor both go missing, and with her best friend Tom gone missing, Cryo goes to Inkopolis Square to investigate, only to be caught up in the Side Order antics as well! ....I imagine she and Nestor would play the role of Agent 8, with Nestor taking on missions by Daylight, and Cryo taking on missions by Moonlight... (in my Splatoon fanon, Cryo is known as Agent Ice) ...if the Splatbands make cameos as NPCs to rescue, and those NPCs included Ikkan and Warabi, that could potentially make for some fun interactions between Cryo and Tom! (since in my fanon, both Cryo and Tom are musicians and end up at least being friends with Ikkan and Warabi) ...tbh I've gotten so attached to my oc x canon ship Cryo x Ikkan, I might just make it canon to my fanon. And seeing Diss-Pair in Side Order, would give me the chance to see if such a silly ship could be viable to my fanon lol. (if not, then it could have the event of Ikkan rejecting Cryo's feelings and heartbreak ensues for the poor Octoling) SPEAKING OF IKKYO I definitely intend to continue the oc x canon fic, seeing as it's my favorite oc x canon ship of mine.... I can't help it, I ship them so hard. ;w; So much so, I might make it canon to my main fanon. I've got rough ideas for Chapters 4 and 5, as well as Chapter 3 being mainly done, just not posted lol. Speaking of Undertale, Undertale Yellow and Ikkyo, I have another dumb fiction idea that might not be turned into fanfiction, but it's fun to think about: Like an UT AU where the monsters and humans live on the surface, and maybe there's this fair/event for monsters and humans to maybe work together, like mentors and kids who look up to them? Like Clover looking up to Starlo, since he's a rootin tootin cowboy... (ok so he's still just a dweeb farmer who enjoys LARPing as a Sheriff, but they look up to him nonetheless) And Tom (who in my UT fanon does the role of Frisk) maybe looking up to Mettaton and wishing to take the stage, albeit by playing the saxophone rather than being a famous actor/star like Mettaton. And Cryo, who looks up to Ikkan (who might could be a squid monster in this AU?) who's the bassist of the band Diss-Pair. (in this scenario Ikkyo is not shipped romantically, but purely in a wholesome, platonic manner) Also it's fun to imagine Tom and Clover being friends and chilling out like pals... It's also fun to imagine how the kids would get along with their mentors, and how they might look up to them... Especially Starlo and Clover, like maybe he could be the cool farmer/cowboy uncle they never had and they enjoy playing Wild West with him as well as maybe helping him on his farm sometimes... Looking up to the funny star monster and aspiring to be like him someday~ I dunno man... imagining fictional scenarios is just too much fun for me lol

(Also just want to point out that any dynamics between adults and minors here are STRICTLY platonic, as we do not romantically ship adults and minors here!)

My brain has continued to rot I swear like... I go from simping after Ikkan to simping after Starlo Me before simping over Starlo be like: Hahaha lololol me is no cowgril, I don't need no cowboy. Country Music what!? Westerns?! hearing the song "I wanna be a cowboy... and you can be my cowgirl~" and me being like "I AIN'T NO COWGRIL, I IS COUNTRY YES, BUT AIN'T NO COWGRIL!!! AND I DON'T WANNA BE UR COWGRIL!!!" Me after simping over Starlo: Oki.... so I'm still not a cowgirl, and I'm still not into country music or westerns, but like.... I wanna smooch a cowboy... ;w; I wanna be this cowboy's, cowgirl TwT I don't always simp for cowboys, but when I do THEY'RE HIGH QUALITY!!!

First Tumblr post of the year, and It's about me simping for a funny Cowboy Yeehaw mans

So as someone who's a casual fan of UT and DR, I've gotten wind of a new UT fangame that's an absolute MASTERPIECE! (have only played a bit into the beginning) ...but I've watched playthroughs, and I must say, there's a darn purdy, dare I say DASHING monster that has taken up my brain here lately! TwT Putting the rest of this under the cut, in case it counts as spoilers

HAS INVADED OVER 60% OF MY BRAIN... HE'S NOT PAYING RENT... I don't always simp for a yeehaw mans... BUT WHEN I DO HE'S HIGH QUALITY!!!

Continuing on my not-spoiler free ramble, the things about this man consists of: Being a super cool Sheriff (even if it's just for LARPing type fun stuff lol) Being an adorable dweebus nerd Being a sweetheart type of farmer (I swear, I think that's one of my weaknesses.... Yeah, not me remembering my crushes on Milo from Pokemon and Bill Green from Big City Greens) What does make me lowkey sad/jelly is I think he still is sweet on his childhood crush Ceroba... (pretty fox lady with lit backstory and strong powers got way more up on me than I could ever have x'D) But hey! ...If the funny star sheriff cowboy falls in love with the lovely fox lady, then that's ok. Because I love the star mans, and I want him to thrive and be happy~ (in all seriousness though, I'm not going to demonize people who ship him with any of the canon characters or with their oc. Everyone has a right to ship or not ship as they please~ I am ALL FOR being mature and not starting petty crap such as "UwU Starlo is MYNE, HE'S MY HUSBAND, BOYFRIEND AND FIANCE, YOU CANNOT HAS HIM, OR I'LL SHOOT YOU DOWN WITH MY SIX SHOOTER FILLED WITH FLOWEY BULLETS!!!!11!?" He rightfully belongs to his creator, who I assume worked on the UT Yellow game...)

Gosh this ramble is cringe filled... but hey, I had fun and I needed to get my love for this man out of my system... I really wanna smooch the funny star mans (and hey.... if Ceroba doesn't want to date him then well... Hey Starlo, you can hold hands and smooch with me if you'd like~ ;3)

also if you haven't played Undertale Yellow, but you're a fan of Undertale or Deltarune, then by all means take some time and show this game some love! I believe it would be worth your time, seeing as they worked 7 whole years on the game if I'm not mistaken....

Final update on Mom...

As far as what I plan to do internet-wise, I plan to be on it less at the start of the New Year as I have a lot going on IRL and I need to be there for my family and do better with self control concerning it. So come January, don’t expect me on tumblr for awhile... (may come back on February... depends on how things go)
