I was not asked this question. But I hate alternate universes.

What do you think about alternate universes?

I've been to two of them. They were... okay, I suppose. I didn't die in either of them. That's always a good thing.

I've met alternate versions of myself and my loved ones, too. My favourite was the other Marius. Very kind, very caring, even if he was stubborn and always put his own injuries and mental health secondary to others.

My least favourite was Maddox. It was a different version of my.. ex? I suppose? My ex Sinclair. It stabbed me. Said it liked to see my blood. It wasn't well in the head, but how many of us are?

They lightly scuff the back of its head as though to prove his point, though it’s a lot closer to a hair ruffle. She does think of him as a baby. Their baby, Ellery’s baby, Axel’s baby. Someone he needs to protect at all costs. Fae guesses fae picked it up from Marc. But that doesn’t mean he can be expected to have no autonomy.
