hey guys, a big thank you to those who took out their time to wish me a very happy birthday! i had quite a good day today, i mean the evening was amazing, really. my mother got me this cake which was really beautiful and my parents even danced with me and my cousins came over and got me some amazing ass gifts. i really had a good day, today. and the best thing is there’s going to be a party with all my friends on sunday since today my extended family came over! urgh, it’s good to be feeling this way.

it's my birthday and guess how i started it off? fucking cry, courtesy of my parents—a grade parenting right there.

everything is just too much. when i think i’m finally getting better, and ready to get back to my old self, something happens which fucks me up completely. great. now my parents are back to making my life miserable. i swear to god, i feel like modern age rapunzel, trapped in this fucking house. the things they say to me - the way they talk to me - i just. so apparently my sister was making fun of me (read:joking around about me which is completely okay according to my father) and i just got annoyed and said something in my native language which would mean “daughter of a dog” or something along those lines and my parents were there. my dad got really angry thinking i really meant it in that way but it’s just a phrase in our native language and i never meant it. my mother literally asked me to beg on his feet for forgiveness. and i did. i apologised. my mother just came into my room now and said a dozen things. some of it being- how i would not be allowed to watch any of my favourite shows starting tomorrow, how there would be no birthday celebration for me this year (guess what dickheads? i never wanted one in the first place! you people are the ones who were forcing me to have one and when i said yes you agreed to celebrate it two days after my birthday and now almost all invites have been sent out, and now you are the ones cancelling it), how they were never really happy on my birth and that i’m a disgrace to them, how they are just tired of me and wish me almost dead, and a whole lot of other things.

guess what? i feel okay. it’s all normal. fine. nothing’s wrong. great. because i’m going to kms tonight. i cant go on with this, and i cant go through the embarrassment of cancelling the party so im making them do it and even giving them an excuse which would be like how can sid have a birthday party when she’s dead? that would be great. yes. it’s alright.
