so the reason why im asking this is because it takes me time to "render" (?) human faces. like, i need to concentrate and put everything together so a generic, so to say, face becomes a distinctive one? like playing puzzles
question to you tumblr people: how do you perceive human faces? do you go from detail to the whole thing or do you just. see a face or something
#ive been thinking about this for a couple of months because one of my classmates mentioned that my art progress is similar to that#in a way that eyes existed at fist. then different noses appeared than lips started to take shape. and i was like#yeah. i discovered they exist??#they sure do exist i tell you that. but putting them together is another task#sometimes i pause while drawing because they stop making sense and i have to analyze it again to piece together#hopefully this makes sense??#this is a delete later post. kind of embarrassing to admit especially when my primarily thing is drawing human faces

proposed new plot to doto: you, as billie, go around collecting up the remnants of the whalers and then you rescue daud and go buy a vineyard on the outskirts of karnaka.
can include:
breaking rinaldo out of coldridge
press f to pay respects at galia’s corpse, since you’re already in dunwall
finding thomas, which is as much of a wild goose chase as it sounds (he finds you)
getting to rulfio’s nice house before he does and scaring the hell out of him
the group of you busting into where daud’s being kept and cleaning it up. daud, who has learned about the consequences of his own actions, just wants to retire to a quiet life
haggling over the price of a vineyard (high chaos: thomas cases the area and tells you about all the broken shit so you can bring it up. low chaos: rinaldo flirts with the owner and gets you a discount)
realizing that none of you know how to grow grapes, having to sneak into the library and steal books on growing grapes and making wine
reading everybody’s journals. also everybody reads your journal.
