This Coffee Rubbed Brisket recipe infuses your beef with a rich and deep flavor profile. The coffee and spices in the rub create a smoky, slightly sweet, and slightly spicy crust on the brisket that pairs perfectly with the tender, juicy meat. It's a mouthwatering barbecue delight that will impress your guests.
Ingredients: 4-5 pounds of beef brisket. 2 tablespoons of ground coffee. 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. 2 tablespoons of paprika. 1 tablespoon of salt. 1 tablespoon of black pepper. 1 tablespoon of garlic powder. 1 tablespoon of onion powder. 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. 1/2 teaspoon of cumin. 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder.
Instructions: Gather ground coffee, brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, and chili powder in a bowl. Pour in black pepper. Cover the whole brisket with the spice mixture by rubbing it on evenly. To let the flavors soak into the meat, wrap the brisket in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or better yet, overnight. Set up your smoker or grill for indirect cooking with your choice of wood chips or chunks for smoke flavor. Heat the smoker or grill to 225F 107C. Put the brisket that has been rubbed with coffee on the grill or smoker grates with the fat side up. Smoke it for 6 to 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195 to 205F 90 to 96C. Take the brisket out of the smoker or grill and cover it with foil. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes so the juices can move around again. Cut the brisket across the grain and serve. The beef tastes great, and there's a hint of coffee in it.

Delicious and simple cracker truffles topped with a rich peanut butter and honey mixture and coated in chocolate. These sweet treats will satisfy your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup honey. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
Instructions: Put the graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Roll the dough into truffle-sized balls with your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This will help the truffles get firm. Put the baking sheet in the fridge and leave it there for 20 to 30 minutes. Put the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl that can go in the microwave. In 20-second bursts, stir the chocolate every time you microwave it until it is smooth and fully melted. Cover every truffle that has been chilled with melted chocolate. Put the truffles back on the baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. The chocolate should set for another 15 to 20 minutes after the baking sheet with the truffles is put back in the fridge. Take the truffles out of the fridge and decorate them by pouring any extra melted chocolate over the top. Put the truffles back in the fridge for one more 10 to 15 minutes so they can set all the way. Cracker Truffles with Peanut Butter and Honey are ready to eat once the chocolate has set. Put any leftovers in a container that won't let air in and put it in the fridge.
