Look who's home! We are beyond excited‼️She talked all the way home. She is giving me so many kisses. I'm so appreciative of the staff at at Lakeland Animal Hospital for taking such good care of my sweet Lucy and all the prayers & support from everyone. Lucy Update:

🐕Link in my bio if you would like to donate a few dollars to her medical treatment.🐕

Dr. Johnson said she is eating and drinking good. However, he is keeping her one more night to make sure she doesn't throw up again. He gave her a shot yesterday to help control vomiting but today didn't to see if she can keep down her food. Also, giving her something to help reduce the acid in her stomach. Dr. Johnson & her staff has been wonderful at taking care of our sweet Lucy. A vet student he had said they were taught if a dog takes ibuprofen that they are a dead dog. To say that if I had waited even a day she wouldn't have made it. So her blood work at the moment is good and kidney and liver functions are good. After she comes home she will have to have blood work repeated in a week and if that is good she should be in the clear. I can't express how much it has meant to us all the prayers and support we have received.

My sweet Lucy had to be rushed to the vet for an emergency on Tuesday, 3/19. She had gotten a hold of an ibuprofen bottle my cats knocked off. She is my 💓. If anyone wants to donate to her medical treatment I would appreciate it. Even if it's only a few dollars.
