They don’t really manage Pokémon illness at the Pokémon Center, but considering a trainer just walked in covered in soot from a sneezing Emboar, I’d like to say…

Please stand back a bit when your Pokémon sneeze if you can help it! (Exception being if you’ve got a completely predictable normal-type, usually.)

Things a sneezing Pokémon can hit you with accidentally:

Soot, smoke

Embers, flames

Bursts of water, bubbles

Seeds, pollen (kickstarting another sneeze-fest!), powders

An object they were telekinesing

A Pokémon they were telekinesing

Chunks of mineral either embedded in their body, or that they were eating

Ice shards (sharp!)

Sap or syrup (frequent experience at my home)

Poison (of varying intensity)

Energy blasts (vary by type)

Static electricity (mostly annoying)

Pins or launchable body parts

Dirt.

I’ve heard tales of all of these happening at least once, so do keep it in mind!
