HOW I FEEL ABOUT THIS CHARACTER:

I feel very strongly about him in a way like, he's so interesting cuz we don't know anything about how he actually treats his kids or his wife or anything, but we see that they're happy so it can't be an act because they don't know that anyone's watching them, ykwim

what I like about him is that you can basically make him act like anything you want because you don't actually know how he does act in canon, he does seem like he has humility and he's nice and he's humble, he doesn't feel like he's better than anybody else ! but we aren't completely sure

I really want to know what his job is, but it's really fun to assume what he could have done and went to school for and all that yk! I personally believe he's either a teacher at the school or a stay-at-home dad !

ALL THE PEOPLE I SHIP ROMANTICALLY WITH THIS CHARACTER:

obviously Christina because I can't think of anyone else that he would work with better than Christina honestly,

They ARE the canon couple, though you know everything could be compromised by him cheating or her cheating or whatever but I don't think that they're the kind of people who would cheat knowing that their family had affairs while they were growing up 🤝 COUPLE GOALS FOR THEM THO!

MY NON ROMANTIC OTP FOR THIS CHARACTER:

I'd love to see Doughy and his relationship after everything that's happened when they're adults because I feel like Doughy would be a washed up birthday clown or something, like he went to clown school and graduated with a major in he and a minor in ha or some shit yk

I'd also like to see how he is with almost anyone who he's ever been friends with, like Tommy, Joe, and Him

I'd love to see something done with them as adults, like how they would interact with each other after so many years!!

MY UNPOPULAR OPINION ON THIS CHARACTER:

it's not as much of an unpopular opinion as it is I don't like how when people do this to the character is when they make him the perfect parent or the perfect husband like he's not going to be perfect he's traumatizing and not a perfect person so he's not going to be a perfect husband or perfect parent he definitely tries to be one and he tries to believe that he is but he isn't, you know

LET HIM BE FLAWED PLL I personally make him overprotective and a bit guilt-trippy at times 🎀

ONE THING I WISH WOULD HAPPEN/HAD HAPPENED WITH THIS CHARACTER IN CANON:

Obviously giving him much much more screentime, in all honesty he was only on screen for like, 10 seconds with no voice lines whatsoever at the end of the season finale (the last episode of the original show), so yeah ! I really wish we got his voice at least! I would have loved a voice to work off of, but I mean, we can all imagine and have hc of what he could sound like!

Just anything about him would be EXTREMELY nice 😁 /silly

I really feel like he's one of the best written characters in the whole show tbh, he's so silly but also serious and so so tragic 💛💛 LOVE HIM 🎀🎀

ALL THE PEOPLE I SHIP ROMANTICALLY WITH THIS CHARACTER:

uhhh, actually no one ! I don't think a woman (or man) is going to fix him or make him happy 😁 I think no woman he's been with has been anything more than a fill-in for what was missing (which I believe was Stephanie), Florence was CLOSE but he didn't truly love her and she didn't either so, 💔 ANYWAY, I don't think he's truly good with anyone in this show, romantically.

MY NON ROMANTIC OTP FOR THIS CHARACTER:

HIM AND STEPHANIE god I love them, PRAISE THE LORD THEY HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP!! anyway, we love the god fearing reverend and his punk daughter 💛💛

I ALSO love him and Clay's interactions SO MUCH they are so stupid and have beef FOR NO REASON love em for that (they are a crack ship of their own in this fandom 💛💛)

OH AND HIM AND OREL, they reflect each other so much and I wish HE SAW THAT !!! Orel is just him but a child with innocence I WANNA KNOW MORE ABT REVS CHILDHOOD PLS FTLOG !!!! Orel just cares so much for everyone ESPECIALLY ROD LIKE he talks to him normally after getting shot by his father HE TRUSTS HIM and I love that abt them 💛💛

uhhh, I don't think this is an UNpopular opinion, but I highly dislike the drafted ep that was supposed to happen before the show got cancelled. LIKE WHAT WAS THAT (respectfully ew) like I think a good part of the fandom does NOT like that ep AT ALL but that may just be me, he felt so out of character there specifically

He felt so, idk, I know hes a grown man but GOD THAT WAS SO WEIRD OF HIM TO LET HAPPEN, like why did every woman he ever had met wanna sleep with him?? esp bendy 😬, I don't get it but again, that could just be me 🙃

ANYWAY, I do feel like if given the chance they would've written it differently if the show did go on (I believe in the writers capabilities) but that's my take on it 🤝

ONE THING I WISH WOULD HAPPEN/HAD HAPPENED WITH THIS CHARACTER IN CANON:

I LOOOVE Lisa Cuddy!! She is so beautiful and smart and JUST LOOK AT HER!! anyway, I love her and every scene she's in is the best scene I've ever seen /silly

ALL THE PEOPLE I SHIP ROMANTICALLY WITH THIS CHARACTER:

Only House really but, only when they were actually together and healthy, but after I understand why they broke up and she left and never showed up again (sadly) (bombshells and the season 7 finale)

But yeah only House really makes sense with her, OH AND LUCAS I think they were pretty fun too (and relatively healthy I believe)

HER AND WILSON IS SUCH A POWER DUO FOR HOUSES' DEVELOPMENT no one can tell me otherwise. ANYWAY, I love her and Wilson's interactions a lot :), and her and the OG team is pretty fun too 💛

I don't really think I have one, she's a very well rounded character and I don't think I have an UNpopular opinion ⭐ she is perfect the way she is /silly

I really wish we could've seen more of her after the break up and after the season 7 finale but I understand why her actor couldn't have (sadly) 😞 I really love her character, and wish we could've seen more of her on her own time (like home time and mundane things little that) but that's abt it !
