After season 4 of Ouat, I was always sad we never got a lion king season. Imagine the potential! Scar and Mr. Gold, Emma, and Simba, Henry, having a plot with Kopa (and maybe kiara and kion, but I am purposely ignoring them).

The potential. I mean, I get why they didn't do it. It would have been explainable why they are all humans I suppose. But what would you do for flashbacks? Animate it? That would cost a fortune. But I am honest when I say I would pay top dollar to see team good guy Animated.

We were robbed of Henry Mills, the one with the heart of the truest beliver, to actually use magic. Not the author situation, but magic.

I would even be OK with something as strange as to say ""we will always win because henry belives we can"" which yes is my head canon but something about it in the actual show would have been cool.

I just want to see henry Magic Battle his 3rd mom the serum queen! Or any other villain. It would have been so great.

I had this idea for a season 8 of ouat.

Basically we begin the story completely normal, nothing is wrong... expect those random people are part of the town now... and everyone has memories of them always being their... yes its another dark curse... What it is is a bunch of ex prisoners of the dark one. You see the dark one locked up a few... beings, in his vault. After Rumple died, the vaults walls begin to crumble, the inner walls first, leading to a battle royal with he people inside, the most outer walls still stand strong... for now... and we get to meet as fun beings as Magic eaters, that slowly become more and more powerful in this battle royal so a bunch of ex prisoners come together and cast a dark curse, which brings them to our favorite town. And now their are this (for us random) people seeming to always have been part of the town, like the adopted daughter of Regina! She always was here i am sure... we all have memories after all! And while of this is happening we get flashbacks to the brutal dark one vault battle royal...

Who breaks the curse? idk?! Who will notice whats going on... probably both Regina and Emma (no swanqueen in it but they got to be... their special kind of weird again)

I am not sure about the entire timeline yet, maybe the new curse gets broken before or after the magic eaters show up to eat the magic users...

Also dont be fooled, while some of them technically are kids they still are cursed to live their worst possible lives... true loves ripped apart, always at an arms length. The immortal dragon wizard gets forced to be the foster son of snow white and charming.

The big threat? The new gang of ex prisoners, the other ex prisoners, magic eaters, new creations by the dark one like vampires, and more.

And thats why its called, Legacy of the dark one, because his legacy is coming to kill them all.

For some reason, I noticed this only now. But Emma swan, child of true love, the saviour come to save storybrook and bring back the happily ever afters. She sacrifices herself to Gideon?! She even flys in the sky after that flying like a cross with the feet together and the arms to the side...
