There are about 90 families left living in Oleksandrivka. Most of the buildings are shattered into pieces. Some have been turned into ashes and others experienced heavy tank and ACSV battles. . . . Some of the landmines and missiles have not detonated and a number of zones still need to be reviewed before they are safe for living. And it's still under discussion when we will get an opportunity to make them absolutely safe. . . . An old woman told me a story that day that she was using her own rotten matrices to heat herself. It was rotten because she had no roof on half of her hut. Another babushka told us that she inhabited a disabled man with the stroke qoz she can't leave him alone. . . . Furthermore all of the people we've delivered some humanitarian aid were smiling no matter what was going to happen around. We can learn some from them. Their vivid faces are full of emotions when they see the strangers. I believe they deserve more than a limited amount of wood to heat their houses; and far more pension that they can't spend around. While they have no basic things such as electricity and water. . . . I started to ask myself why all of those people who helped me and my brothers since the start of the ruzzian aggression were so kind to me. . . . Kindness comes from the means of common duty. You need to feel the connection between those in need in order to become kind to them. But still you can't just start doing kind things to everyone else around. So it means there is something deeper. . . . Scientific research of different kids showed that our parents encourage us to be honest and kind to others. Otherwise kids are staying greedy and selfish. Does it mean that it comes from parenting? No! . . . Maybe it's something deeper inside of us that is just influenced by the behavior of the people who are seldom happy with what they have so they start to share? . . . No matter what I'm endlessly thankful for all of your help. Today I want to thank the altruism act from @dr.kravets.kostya. He generously gifted us a few litters for evacuation. Hope we will never need those stretches. As far I will take care that they will arrive at the place they belong. I'm so endlessly happy to wear this new tattoo. As for me this stork will always be a deep bond between my homeland. In Ukraine we call them two names. One of them is Чорногуз (Black butt) refer the outside of the bird; and the second Лелека (Leleka - song) copies the sound they make during mating season. . . . In Ukraine we believe that stork dwells above the warm and cozy home where there is no place for a quarrel. The whole village will be envious if the stork family will pick your house to nest on it. . . . Meanwhile in Africa poachers hunt those birds in order to have fun or survive. But the lesson is that the more we take the less we have. The more African continent will keep hunting and fishing instead of planting and nourishing - the more they will lose. . . . On the other hand Japanese people used to observe and create. They are famous for their fantastic thoroughness. They are an embodiment of the philosophic thought and calmness. They usually represent those birds as a peaceful kind of elegant beauty. . . . I think my bird will always dance to my home. It was crying when I just did it but recently I realized that there is no chance for it to start crying again. My leleka is a kind of whole world story. It will always be a part of me and my kin. As many folks say "It's not time". . . As for me I'm not the one who will influence the total decision. But we all need to accept that most of those who protect their country right now deserve to be treated with a normal meal for a day. If I'm wrong and should not be that picky then think of those who can't digest gluten or lactose products. The same stands for many of the meat eaters who are ensured that I can't get enough B12 vitamin without red meat. Well a surprise for them is that they are also at high risk of this deficiency. Because nuts, algae and mushrooms consist more of active forms of the vitamins. Meanwhile vegetables and mushrooms consist of them and keep them preserved in an active form. . . Whatsoever, folks who can't leave without a slice of meat will keep bulling those who can imagine rest without any murder. I know for certain that time will put everyone in their place. . . Start to accept veganism is a weapon against the gasoline machine. The less we take the more you gain. Lass useless crops for rural areas mean more feeding types of it for those in need. We grow tones of wheat just to feed cows to manufacture dairy products. Most of which can't be stored more than a few months before they rot. In comparison with beans and endless number of roots that contain live, activated protein. Another successful training with our allies from Poland. The Institute for Emergency Medicine provided us with an opportunity to teach civilians with what is called basic MARCH protocol. I also need to mention @pulseofukraine because they've introduced me to this team and without their support this event would probably not happen at all. . . . It's becoming a good tradition to spend time with profit here in Lviv. I need to admire that those instructors have taught me some new skills. . . . Even after three years of experience in a field of emergency medicine instructor there are lots of things to be learned. . . . We're on the point of history when it's starting to get strange to go outside without a tourniquet. I can compare it to not taking an umbrella for a rainy day. Of course you can get wet and it's kind of romantic. But if you forgot your personal tourniquet you can just bleed out.
