i fasted monday and ate like about 200 or less calories yesterday and woke up today feeling like i was gonna fucking pass out and die idk how i fasted for like a whole week in 7th grade also idk how other ppl do it but i went down from 187 to 184

tips for losing weight!
- muscle
muscle burns more calories than fat, the more lean muscle you have the more your body is burning calories everyday on its own.
more lean muscle = more calories burned. faster metabolism
- eating window
if your not eating at the right time your body will not burn fat for energy and that’s really important because when you do a workout you want to position your body to burn fat for energy but if you’ve eaten too far before or too far after it’ll be different
set a time to eat something about at least 1hr before your workout (as big or as small as you want it’s up to you)
- vitamins
if you’re not already taking b12. a deficiency in b12 can lead to feeling tired and weak
i recommend that for people that fast a lot or restrict because when i do that i feel weak all day and fatigued which makes it hard for me to workout (basically the food that you eat will be converted into energy)

- sleep
sleep is actually really important, if you don’t get enough sleep your body will not allow you to burn fat. sleeping is key so if you’re only getting a few hours of sleep you’re actually working against yourself
the deeper your sleep means the body will repair and allows it to burn fat for energy so go buy yourself some melatonin and get that beauty sleep baby!!
