i risked it for the biscuit and finally shaved my nether regions after a whole month of leaving it alone. let me tell ya, ive never felt more relieved and comfortable

#i did check myself before making the decision and to my untrained eye #i think i look healed enough where using a razor wouldnt cause any unecessary damage #twas thrilling and scary bc i very well couldve slipped up and cut myself

oh my gosh my sister is still acting as if she knows whats best for my child

and at the pediatrician, she talked over me/answered the doc's questions before i could even open my mouth

you are NOT the parent. let me speak, PLEASE

okay its not that i dont appreciate their help bc LORD, DO I. because of them, ive been able to shower, eat, sleep, take bathroom breaks, etc...

but

my sister thinks she knows my baby better than me and tries to dictate what i should or shouldnt do with her. she doesnt have any kids of her own; she just firmly believes she knows whats best.

whereas, my mother,

who offers suggestions/advice rather than shoves her own ideas down my throat. never thought i'd prefer my mom in any way, but shes much nicer

#my sister drove us to my child's first pediatric appointment which was also great and helpful but #she also responded to the doctor's questions instead of letting THE MOTHER answer #really rubbed me the wrong way #thats not your child so why are you talking for me??

watching my older sister and mom hold my baby makes me feel less adequate bc theyre seemingly more motherly towards her even though im the one who went THROUGH IT and i very much love her just the same (if not more lol)

#idk maybe its the postpartum but i feel like crying bc of it #they did also tell me that it feels like the family baby and not just mine so that also makes me feel some type of way

i feel like my water may have broken and i may be having contractions rn, but i also tend to overthink and be dramatic so i honestly dont know

but i dont wanna go to the hospital yet either in case its just a false alarm bc thats a waste of gas and their time

when my older sister told me i should be nesting, but working a job where it takes me 20-25min just to walk from my car to my location, then still being on my feet at nearly 9mo has me too exhausted to do anything beyond taking the cat's litter out :]

#sorry i cant vacuum and dust and bissel and deep clean the entire house with you #it was bad enough when i helped move my heavy dresser #idk my older sister is a pro at making me feel like i live a pig sty life when i only have a few clothes on my bed lol

feeling very very ashamed. wishing i could go back in time so nothing had to change. wishing i wasnt so stupid and if i COULD go back, i wouldnt have gone to that man's house in the first place. my initial thoughts and emotions are hitting me extremely hard once again
