Been playing through Amphoreus and I'm starting to sense a pattern here Phainon...

Going absolutely insane over the Phainon drip art for so many different reasons

1: his pose??? I don’t care that it looks dainty or anything, it’s cool and not what I expected from his drip art so I like it! Also Jesus painting reference!!

2: person behind him?? Either flame reaver/ another version of himself or Ive seen like the final form of Kevin hi3 and it looks a l o t like that too so like gah!!!

3: him up in the air with all the coreflames around him?? Gah that’s foreboding 💀💀💀

4: the wings and halo!!!! And the jacket fanning out to look like more wings!!! Gah it’s so cool and I’m terrified!!!

5: HIS EXPRESSION???? He looks so sad compared to normal it’s genuinely staggering I did not expect it at all I expected a pose of him in battle or something similar to mydeis art or smth but this is so far from that it took me so off guard he looks so gentle but so , s o sad and I’m so scared of what’s going to happen for him

6: the sword?? 1 : has splits in the smae place as flame reaver sword, and gem in the smae place 2 someone lined it up w a spine and saw that the gem in the flame reaver sword lines up w the 10th vertebra which leads to the theory that mydeis prophecy claiming he’ll “lose everything” includes his humanity and he will become phainons sword because 3 it has symbols on it close to the base of the blade that look like the strife symbol mydei has around him and gah 😭😭😭 I’m so scared of what they might go through and just the way Phainon is looking so sad in the art (he’s kinda looking at the sword 😳😳😳) gaaaaaah they’re so doomed phaidei so doomed hoyo how could you do this to us 😭😭😭😭😭😭
