To be very honest, I won’t be surprised if they bring Gi-hun back for the spin-off. Especially when they now know how popular Inhun ship is and that the audience will watch and hype it up if both Gi-hun and In-ho are in it (the spin-off).

Listen, Lee Jung-jae is now to Squid Game franchise what Robert Downey Jr is to MCU. I won’t be surprised if Netflix brings him back the way Marvel brings RDJ back

If I can choose between a tragic ending (most likely to happen) and this, I would definitely choose this ending, I don't care how dumb it is, I'm not ready for the real ending, help

I know fans say the reason why Gi-hun dyed his hair red is to show his anger and frustration towards the games and also as a tribute to the fallen players, but here’s one I personally enjoy.

The red Yang on the South Korean flag (aka the Taegeukgi) represents positivity, energy and light. Gi-hun is the energy and light, which is why he wants to prove the Front Man that there is still faith in humanity and wants to end the games. I also think this is why In-ho kept him alive and will change his ways to take down the games once and for all.

On a side note, it would be hilarious and clever if Gi-hun dyes his hair blue if he does become evil and is the new Front Man.
