hc that Bruce sometimes wakes up after an episode to find himself in a cave with a pile of puppies and kittens and random animal cubs that Hulk kinda... scooped up on the way out of town after beating bad guys. Just to cuddle along the way and because finders keepers. When Thor inevitably tracks him down to bring him back home, the chipped ones all get returned to their owners but they end up having a growing collection of strays in the tower. And also the odd orphan bear, as you do.
