✨__Definition (according to google)__✨ Age regression is a form of therapy that encourages you to access and relive your memories by reverting to a younger state of mind. It can be self-induced or induced by a hypnotist or therapist. Asking someone else what it means may vary but usually people will say they use it to cope and revert to a younger state of mind or child like state of mind!

🌷__Why?__🌷 Age Regression or AgeRe is know for helping people cope with trauma or a mental illness such as; depression, anxiety, PTSD and much much more. Regressing can arise at any age, and it is very normal.

☁️__How Does it Help?__☁️ Many regressors use it to cope with mental illness as said above! Some regressors benefit from having a caregiver to provide them with some extra support. Some regressors may need help with a reasonable bedtime, a set of rules to help them manage everyday life as they may struggle to do it by themselves.

If I’m 4 I can make full sentences and type very well! ^^ Some ideas for rules would be..Bedtime, No sweets after a certain time, at least _ meal(s) a day, etc. Thanks <3
