My personal headcanon is that Zoro is awkward in romantic setting.

Because hear me out, this man showers once a week. I doubt that he even has a romantic bone in his body if personal hygiene is not even on the priority list. He's too busy with shit about making a living and finding mihawk(pre-timeskip) and training. he ain't looking at any girls. But I know he's probably somewhat not entirely clueless about sex and stuff as some girl probably has approached him about it but romance? He probably seen it as distraction at first even so now he had no idea what to do when he actually go into relationship and was following along the typical stuff but it worked anyway because him awkwardly trying to appear somewhat romantic towards his partner is cute
