so earlier this year I came across this meme about making this allegedly cursed cocktail:

and while a normal person might just give it a chuckle and move on, I am no normal person. I am a fucking moron scientist fueled by no critical thinking skills scientific curiosity and a zest for knowlege.

so I did this.

Now, I did not use Arizona sweet tea because I don't like black tea (it makes me nauseous and makes my teeth go numb, no idea why) so i used this watermelon beverage instead. i figured that since it's still Arizona brand it was close enough.

I also did not have crushable melatonin, I only had these 5mg gummies, so I dumped a whole bunch of them into the drink (did not measure them, what am I, a nerd?), sealed it, and left it in the fridge for a couple days for them to dissolve. they dissolved quite nicely.

after this I chugged the whole bottle and then stared at liminal space images for 45 minutes before bed to try and force my brain to send me to the backrooms in my sleep.

conclusion: I don't remember what I dreamed about, but I DO know that I woke up sweating with half my stuff tossed off the bed, and my suitemate said that I woke up in the middle of the night it make soup. I have no recollection of this but I did find the leftover soup in a box in the fridge that day.
